Ocean view 2 bedroom 2.5 bath townhouse. It is furnished with a king bed in the master bedroom, two twins in the guest bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room. There is a bathroom conveniently located downstairs. We have all stainless steel appliances in the fully equipped kitchen. Wood laminate floors throughout unit. There are three TV's. Unit has a washer/dryer and its own internet access to save your phone on data.

Happy times view

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our room at Summerhouse rental was the perfect vacation spot. It was close to a pool and walking distance to the beach. The room was nicely decorated even had pool supplies and beach supplies in one of the closetts It had everything you would need for your stay you just needed your personal items and show up. Nice job.

A nice place to visit but i wouldn’t want to live there

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I stayed in this unit for several months and the unit is well furnished except in the bed rooms. The twin mattresses in the guest room were not great and the master has a 25 year old mattress with old linens as well. All pillows were bad. Dumpsters are emptied twice a week at 6 am. There is no sound proofing between units. I had to deal with a broken air condition and a flooded closet. There was mold on the ceiling in the laundry closet. Had to call police twice due to neighbors partying on outside decks at 2:30 am. Many people smoke on their decks and it drifts into open windows. Bedroom windows were so covered with salt spray that you could barely see out.

Nice Condo But Appliances and Management Need Improvement

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Good: Clean and updated condo a minute walk from the beach. Perfect space for a family of 5, plenty of bathrooms, comfortable King size bed, and a well stocked kitchen. The Not So Good: Appliances and Management. Appliances: fridge was broken the entire week of our stay. I had to keep up with progress of fixing it daily and then had to use another condo fridge in another building our entire stay. After lots of pushing, I was offered some compensation. The microwave turns off at odd times with “sensor” issues. The dishwasher button cover snapped off. Management: mostly friendly staff but organization needs improvement. Never got a check in email prior to our stay, had to call various times for updates on our broken fridge, got a call asking if we checked out a day after we checked out.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We spent the month of February at Summerhouse, as we have for over six years. The only issue was the heated pool, which was too cool to use. The weather was not the best, as it was pretty cool in February.

Great visit back to Crescent

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay & forgot how much we missed this area. My grandparents owned in the same complex for 35+ years. Summerhouse has done a wonderful job with keeping the area nice. Our only constructive feedback was that we had to buy paper towels & toilet paper on the first day (only 1/4 rolls left) & the mattress and pillows in the master were extremely uncomfortable (just a personal preference to possibly update those & have a few toiletries for the first couple of nights to get settled) Otherwise, a wonderful & relaxing stay.
