Everyone has that moment when they look at their friend and say “Remember that weekend?” Well, isn’t it about time THAT weekend turns into THIS weekend? Isn’t it about time for you and your best friends, or your siblings, or that couple you do everything with to finally get around to planning a memorable getaway together? Ritzy Rendezvous will provide the perfect backdrop to all your future “remember when” stories. The simplicity of the basic 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom design makes it easy for everyone to be close without being crowded together. But Ritzy Rendezvous is anything but basic! The oversized ready to cook kitchen makes preparing meals as a group smooth and efficient. The downstairs living room is perfect for sitting in front of the fireplace and watching movies. Or if you are the more competitive types, step into the back room where you can spend the night around the poker table betting and bluffing till the early hours. The upstairs living room is more suited to putting on the big game – comfortable furniture, big screen, and room to cheer on your favorite team. Ritzy Rendezvous has plenty to offer outside as well. The cabin has a large ¾ wrap covered deck with plenty of nooks for reading, enjoying an early morning coffee, or catching up with friends. The private hot tub is tucked away on one end of the deck and overlooks the pavilion. The pavilion provides a fantastic place to both grill and eat dinner. Afterwards settle down in front of the gas fire pit for wine and laughs. A gas fire pit just won’t do at all though for a night of fire roasted hot dogs, gooey s’mores, and watching the embers die down – luckily Ritzy Rendezvous has a large fire pit that will work perfectly. There is also a custom horse shoe pit, so get ready, bragging rights are on the line.

This luxurious, adult only cabin is located close enough to the heart of Hochatown to only be a quick run to restaurants, shopping, and adventure. It is also far enough away to give you the quiet weekend you deserve. So pack your bags, THAT weekend is about to happen!

The cabin is off a paved side road and has a circle drive with a large parking area that is suitable for boat or ATV trailers.

This cabin is adult only occupancy. No children under 16 years old.

During your stay you will have access to all unlocked areas of the property. Cabinets, closets, and any outbuildings which are locked are not available for guest use.
The amenities provided for each cabin are for the use of that cabin only.
You will also have use of the following at each Kiamichi Cabin:
- Fire pit – firewood not provided
- Free Wi-Fi
- Grill – most properties have a charcoal grill, a few still have gas grills.
- Hot Tub
- Washer and Dryer

We use express check-in and checkout. Our goal is for you to have the least amount of interaction with our staff as possible. If some issue does arise, we will work to keep interruptions to a necessary minimum. Staff and management are local to the area.
Directions & access code are sent out a week prior to arrival using one of the following methods:
Kiamichi Cabins Website or Agent Bookings – information will be emailed one week prior to scheduled arrival.
VRBO / Expedia Family - – information will be emailed one week prior to scheduled arrival.
AirBNB - – information will be sent through the AirBNB messaging app one week prior to scheduled arrival.

Located in the heart of Kiamichi country lies the incomparable splendor of Broken Bow, Oklahoma. Surrounded by the natural beauty of Beaver’s Bend State Park, the Ouachita National Forest and the Kiamichi Mountains, this is the place to lose yourself in hunting, fishing, hiking, canoeing. The place to find yourself while surrounded by tall pines, crisp rivers and clean mountain air. The place to make memories that you will draw on for a lifetime.

The Beavers’ Bend / Hochatown area does not have public transportation. There is at this time a private ride share company that will pick up and drop off between most cabins and area attractions, restaurants, shopping, etc. There is currently not any Uber or Lyft options.

All cabins located in the Hochatown area are 5 to 15 minutes from most destinations around the lake and park. This of course depends on traffic. Summer and other peak holidays experience higher traffic, typically Fridays after 2pm and Saturdays between 10am and 4pm. Offpeak weekends and midweek stays should expect shorter traffic times
Cabins located further north of Hochatown are an additional 15 to 30 minutes from the Hochatown area. This additional distance should not be impacted by traffic.

The park and lake itself are free to enter, there is however a fee to park.

During peak periods you should plan on a wait at most restaurants.

This property is NOT pet friendly.

Security Cameras on premises - external only. Cameras monitor entrances to property 24/7
Basic House Rules
-Check in time is 4PM or later.
-Check out time is 11AM.
-An additional fee of $100 will apply to late check-outs unless otherwise approved.
-All cabins are Non-smoking.
-RVs, Campers, and Tents are not allowed to be used on cabin property, overcrowding fees will apply.
-ATV and similar vehicles are not allowed to be ridden on the cabin property.
-The use of Fireworks and/ or Guns is prohibited on cabin property.
-Hot tub covers are to remain in place when not in use. Do not stand, sit, dance, or otherwise use the cover for anything other than its intended purpose.

This property is not dog or pet friendly. Guests who bring a dog will be charged an additional fee and asked to leave with no refund.
