With this property, you will enjoy contemporary, urban loft decor reflecting the upscale ambiance of Rosemary Beach®. Situated on the 2nd floor corner facing 30-A and North Barrett Square, this loft offers you a panoramic view of Rosemary Beach®.

You will be directly over Wild Olives, the community's gourmet delicatessen, where Chris and his friendly staff can accommodate all of your culinary needs.

Centrally located for short strolls to all the community amenities; including shopping, bike rentals, day spa, pools, restaurants and banking, allows you to be treated to the architecturally rich style that is Rosemary Beach®.

Your vacation loft includes a living room home theater with a Bose Lifestyle audio system and flat screen TV's throughout. A fully equipped kitchen awaits the chef in your family. The open floor plan that leads you onto the spacious, wrap-around balcony overlooking the town square, invites your family and friends, young and old, to enjoy a relaxing and unforgettable Rosemary Beach experience.

**This property requires a 4 night minimum stay during spring break and summer and a 2 night minimum stay during shoulder season.

Great location but needs upgrades

We loved the location. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was poorly stocked, the couch in the living room is worn out and the deck furniture was also worn out. We still had a great time.

Love the location!

We had a wonderful time in Rosemary. The Mejer Loft is in a perfect location and we enjoyed the close proximity to food and shopping! I will say it’s about time to do some updating on the furnishings, especially the living room and the balcony cushions. Also, the lighting in the master bath was not adequate. Love the big mirror but would rather have better lighting. Overall, we would stay again but would love to see some updates.

It is as pretty as the picture

The positives: the place is adorable, well decorated, comfortable, fabulous location. I read a previous review that the unit wasn't very clean but that was not the case on our visit. We loved the condo. But...when we checked-in we were told that the door "sticks a little, jiggle the lock", and to "park around back, the units back there". After finally finding the condo (after having to walk back to inquire again where the unit was), the lock was a different story. It was more than a "jiggle". It caused us great stress. For one, you feel like idiots when you can't open a door. First impression wasn't good. Out of the 3 of us, only one of us had the "magic touch" to get the door open. We had to call the office twice for help and, sadly, left it unlocked when we went to a late dinner because we were afraid we would have to call the office after hours to help us get in, and we were too tired to deal with that after traveling all day. I would stay here again if they fixed the lock.

Bare Essentials

The property itself was lovely and clean. The location absolutely cannot be beat. However, the house was missing many things that should be standard in any rental, particularly one that costs this much. For instance, they only provide you with 2 tiny packets of laundry detergent that are only good for one load each. It’s a 3 bedroom property and we stayed for almost a week. Obviously we would have more than 2 loads of laundry. The kitchen was missing many essentials including a wine key/bottle opener. Additionally, there was only one trash bag provided. Again, how do they expect that you would only have 1 bag of trash when vacationing for a week in a 3 bedroom property? I guess they just expect you to go buy these things which seems ridiculous considering the price of this property. I have stayed in other rental properties for a fraction of the price that were far better equipped, had well stocked kitchens, and had extras of everything that you would need and more (snacks, coffee, water bottles, paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, toiletries, etc). This should be standard and it is disappointing that a place like this cannot provide this to the customers.

Excellent location but would not recommend

Lovely, cheery decor, however quite dirty, dusty and overall poor condition: holes in ceiling, ants in the living room, crumbs in bunk beds, dirty walls, chipping paint, every piece of pottery (30+) covered in dust; stained and smelly upholstered items (sofa, chairs, headboards); and stained towels and bedding. This is the 5th place we've stayed in Rosemary and by far in the worst shape. Elevator was broken half the time we were there. Overpriced for the general condition of the place. Property managers seem like they’re out to lunch.

Relaxing and luxurious

The Mejer Loft was picturesque, comfortable, and ideally located in walking distance to everything Rosemary Beach has to offer. We can’t wait to come back!

Family Spring break

Corner condo on Barrette Square locale was perfectly centralized. Very short walk to the beach and heated pools or even bike ride. Very spacious condo and online pictures accurately reflected the decor. Excellent staff checked us in. Bike rental company great. March, Very busy time of year - lots of middle school and high school kids, but there was a curfew and kids needed to be escorted by an adult after 8p, which i liked. My only suggestion would be since there isnt a daily cleaning service, for the property owner to at the very least provide basic cleaning supplies like a broom and dustpan, 409, Windex for larger party’s staying longer than a weekend. I hated living in the crumbs my little kids were leaving about and aside from paper towels and water, i could not effortlessly wipe up after them. Coffee filters would be good too. Overall, the beach was amazing and the experience was lovely. We would love to return.

Perfect Location, Perfect Condo

Truly a luxury experience. So well appointed, very spacious, and walkable to everywhere -- we didn't use our car at all during our stay. We also appreciated that it was quiet! Note that the bunk nook is quite tight and does not have windows.

Perfect girls weekend

We had a wonderful time here on a girls trip! The location is perfect, walking distance to whatever you need. The loft itself was very spacious and nicely maintained. We would love to plan another visit and enjoy the large porch again.

Great place to anchor your 30a vacation

Great apartment in the center of Rosemary Beach! Quite comfortable, clean and above the coffee shop - made us surburbanites feel very cosmopolitan to be able to pop downstairs to dine, eat, shop.

Great stay

We loved the location of this property. Close to everything and very comfortable. We’ve stayed in several other properties in Rosemary over the years, and I felt like this one was great except for that there were a few supplies, like glasses to drink from for example, that were missing. There were like 3 glasses total when we arrived. Not a big deal, bc there were plenty of mugs, but still. Overall a nice property for the price, easy to access, and within close proximity to everything.
