Beautiful large 3 Bedroom/3 Bathroom Gulf Front Condo at the Villas of Sunset Beach in Seacrest. Just a short stroll or bike ride to the town center nestled between Alys & Rosemary Beach where you will enjoy shopping, dining, entertainment, and much more. This condo unit is in the prestigious, private gated community of Sunset Beach. Once through the gated access you will know that you have arrived somewhere special. The brick paved street lined with palm trees lead you to the white sandy beach and the beachfront pool overlooking the emerald coast. This gulf front unit is located in building C on the ground level with amazing ocean views. This unit is steps away from the private community pool (heated October-March) and the beach access to the beautiful white sands.

This condo has a beautiful large living room, perfect for entertaining and enjoying family and friends. The living room consists of a comfortable sectional sofa and chairs. The well-appointed kitchen has granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances. and a large pantry. The dining area has a table for seating of 8, and there is also additional seating at the kitchen island. The living room, kitchen, and dining areas all have great views of the amazing, beautiful gulf and pool.

The master bedroom has a king sized bed with a large walk in closet. It also has an attached bathroom with privacy toilet, shower, vanities, and a jetted tub. The 2nd bedroom also has a king sized bed with an attached full bathroom. The 3rd bedroom has 2 queen beds with an attached bathroom. That bathroom is also accessible from the hallway.

There is a large patio with outdoor dining and lounging while admiring the amazing ocean views steps away from the beach access and pool.

Perfect location

Great place! Downstairs location made direct access to pool and beach easy and convenient. Also, great porch for watching ocean with morning coffee. Also, easy walk to shops/restaurants at Alys or Rosemary.

Great location with walkout to pool and gulf. There are about 30 steep steps down to the beach. The view is as pictured.

Excellent Beachfront Stay!

My family loved this property. Excellent location with quick and easy access to a pool and the beach. Michelle was a wonderful communicator throughout our stay. The property itself was clean and comfortable. The downtown shopping area of Rosemary Beach was an easy 10-15 minute walk away. The only recommendation that we would make is to add a small privacy screen, so that you could sit on the spacious back patio and enjoy the wonderful view without having to share looks with all of the other property guests who walk right next to the patio as they are following the beach access path. Overall, we would absolutely stay here again!

Lovely place! Perfect for our grandchildren ages 3 & 7 months. Loved the view and the few steps to the beach walkway, and pool outside our windows! Beds were comfy, and entire place nicely furnished. Easy communication with owner and staff. We hated to leave!

Fourth of July weekend with family.

The view of the beach directly from the condo is amazing. The layout is spacious and the larger bedrooms were not connected to a neighboring wall so no noise! The beach access is front of you, making incredibly easy with a 1 year old. We had a great time.

loved being beachfront, and also easy walking distance to the shops/ restaurants at Alys and Rosemary. Pool was a nice break, too. Bring your own beach towels, and chairs/ umbrella (or be prepared to rent for $$$). nice basic amenities and pantry supplies were there, and we added some more upon our departure.

Fabulous

This condo is located in a lovely gated community. It was very spacious, clean and well-appointed. The beach does get pretty crowded since it serves a rather large complex. Only umbrellas allowed; no tents. However, with so many large private homes directly next to this complex, the beach there is empty, which was fabulous.

Thank you for your review. So sorry that had happened to you. We wished you would have informed us when you arrived so that we could have seen and taken care of the issue immediately for you. I have informed the cleaners and personally went there and rewashed everything. We make sure we leave a container full of dish pods, not just a few, so that guests always have full access to wash the dishes properly. Also, sorry we could not accommodate a late check out due to guests checking in that same day or be able to accommodate storage of your luggage after your check out time. Unfortunately there is no on site storage in this community.

For being a beach house their where no beach items which is only. Also, the house a the bare minimum items for a family of 8. Also the dryer ruined a couple of our clothes since we had to use the washer and dryer everyday. Other then that was a beautiful condo with a great location

Amazing views but little privacy

The views from this condo are fabulous, and the living, dining and kitchen areas are all great. The home is well furnished but 2 bedrooms face out onto a walkway to the beach and a pool making it impossible to open the windows or blinds. There was a lot more walking traffic than we expected.

Thank you so very much for your review. We are so happy that you loved the views from the condo unit, they are fabulous. Unfortunately, because it is a corner unit and the closest and easiest to the pool and the beach access there is more walking traffic by one side of the unit, but the HOA has recently updated the landscaping in the community including between the unit and the sidewalk as a buffer.

Perfect location

We loved our three nights here, and would stay again. Pros: -easy and thorough communication -location can’t be beat. Corner unit is steps from beach and pool. With two toddlers this was so convenient, could easily go to the unit to get snacks/bathroom/naps -easily walkable to rosemary beach downtown, alys beach, convenience stores, restaurants. etc - living spaces are comfortable - beautiful porch with ocean views - safe. secure neighborhood with guarded entrance Cons - unit has the very basics but nothing more. Would have loved an extra blanket for watching movies on the couch with kids - for a beachside rental I would have expected beach toys, umbrellas, beach towels as we have had with other rentals. We were able to rent from an outside company which was very easy - no window screens so no fresh air in unit Overall, and especially with younger children, this unit is fantastic. We hope to visit again next year!

We do leave the beach toys and other items at the condo, but unfortunately as they break, etc. we do have to throw them. In our advertising it does state that unfortunately we do not include beach towels, but if you are unable to pack them we absolutely can accommodate guests, we just need to know before your arrival. There were some blankets store in the room with the 2 queen beds in the closet, so sorry you did not see them. Please in the future contact us and I will absolutely do my best to accommodate all your needs. We want our guests to have the greatest, relaxing vacation.

Pros: •The location of the property was spectacular. Perfect view of the beach and centrally located between Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach. •The condo was very clean. •Plenty of space for two families. Cons: •The property does not have any extra linens or pillows, so bring your own. • Owner does not provide any beach towels - so bring or buy your own. •Owner will file an insurance claim after you’ve checked out stating false information to claim money (I.e. said we lost a wrist band, even though we made sure the 4 wristbands and 2 key cards that were provided to us were left on the counter so we wouldn’t be charged; claimed there were beer bottles left behind even though we did not buy a single beer bottle our entire trip; and claimed there was trash everywhere even though I specifically remember emptying the house trash cans and walking the trash out to the dumpster as the last thing I did before leaving.)

Thank you for your review regarding your stay during Spring Break. We are very glad you were happy with the location and cleanliness of the unit. Unfortunately, your review was not accurate in so many ways. Yes, there are spare pillows in the queen bedroom closet. There are no spare blankets due to still following cdc covid suggestions for vacation rentals. If you would have reached out to us during your stay we absolutely would have explained and accommodated you as best as we could. As far as no beach towels, it does state that in your check in instructions. The reason a claim was filed was due to not following check out procedures by not emptying any of the trash cans and leaving trash (including many beer bottles) through out the unit including bureau drawers. When you departed you had also left 2 unopened beer bottles and 2 unopened seltzers in the refrigerator, which is fine, just don't understand why you are stating you never bought those items. When filing the claim we did send pictures time stamped and dated that morning. We are the first to arrive before cleaners and we absolutely saw everything including the missing wristband. We had phone conversation and you had stated 4 adults and 1 child, so that is why 5 wristband's were provided and we do also have a picture timestamped and dated of what is exactly left on the kitchen counter before a guest arrives. Those images were also sent along with the claim. During numerous messages through VRBO you had stated 2 adults 1 child, then 4 adults 2 children, then 7 guests total??? We strive to make everyone's stay the best it can be and we would have loved for you to contact us directly during your stay so that we had the opportunity to address your concerns.
