Beautiful large 3 Bedroom/3 Bathroom Gulf Front Condo at the Villas of Sunset Beach in Seacrest. Just a short stroll or bike ride to the town center nestled between Alys & Rosemary Beach where you will enjoy shopping, dining, entertainment, and much more. This condo unit is in the prestigious, private gated community of Sunset Beach. Once through the gated access you will know that you have arrived somewhere special. The brick paved street lined with palm trees lead you to the white sandy beach and the beachfront pool overlooking the emerald coast. This gulf front unit is located in building C on the ground level with amazing ocean views. This unit is steps away from the private community pool (heated October-March) and the beach access to the beautiful white sands.

This condo has a beautiful large living room, perfect for entertaining and enjoying family and friends. The living room consists of a comfortable sectional sofa and chairs. The well-appointed kitchen has granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances. and a large pantry. The dining area has a table for seating of 8, and there is also additional seating at the kitchen island. The living room, kitchen, and dining areas all have great views of the amazing, beautiful gulf and pool.

The master bedroom has a king sized bed with a large walk in closet. It also has an attached bathroom with privacy toilet, shower, vanities, and a jetted tub. The 2nd bedroom also has a king sized bed with an attached full bathroom. The 3rd bedroom has 2 queen beds with an attached bathroom. That bathroom is also accessible from the hallway.

There is a large patio with outdoor dining and lounging while admiring the amazing ocean views steps away from the beach access and pool.

We had an excellent vacation at this place! The condo was very neat and comfortable for us and 4 kids. The pool was just steps away from our patio. Everything was in walkable distance. We got the bikes and were able to keep it close to the condo. The host answered all my questions before arrival. I would greatly recommend to my friends, and we definitely will be back. Thank you!

Just a class act from the host/owner. We have stayed in this neighborhood x4 and this was by far the best unit available. Clean, extremely nice furnishings and cleanliness was next level. Recommend this property to any and all. Worth the for the view and the property. These people care about your experience and take meticulous care of the unit. Cheers!!

Perfect location

Great place! Downstairs location made direct access to pool and beach easy and convenient. Also, great porch for watching ocean with morning coffee. Also, easy walk to shops/restaurants at Alys or Rosemary.

The host was very responsive, and the condo was well-appointed with most everything we needed for our stay. There were a few things throughout the condo that could use some updating or attention due to normal wear and tear, but nothing that significantly impacted our stay. It would have been nice to have an extra blanket or two for the beds and couch. The listing does mention bringing your own blankets, but when traveling across the country, that just wasn’t very feasible for us.The patio was nice, although being on the ground floor meant there was very little ocean view. Also, as several other reviewers have mentioned, there is also limited privacy on the patio because a beach access walkway runs right next to it. I was aware of this before booking, so it didn’t bother me too much.What I wasn’t expecting, however, was how crowded the beach would be. After asking around, I learned that the complex allows others to purchase wristbands for access to the beach and set up chairs there. The stretch of beach directly in front of this condo was noticeably busier than the surrounding areas. At times, there were so many rows of chairs that it was actually difficult to navigate through them just to get to the ocean.Overall, the condo itself was comfortable and well-equipped, and the host was great to communicate with.

This is the perfect place for families. Easy to get to the beach and the pool. Great responsiveness from the host. Perfect location near Rosemary and Alys. Would stay again for sure.

Lovely place to stay

Beautiful property and location. Welcoming hosts, and very nice that basics like dishwasher soap, hand soap, and detergent was provided.

Great location with walkout to pool and gulf. There are about 30 steep steps down to the beach. The view is as pictured.

Fantastic Location

Perfect for families

We loved this condo! We had 4 kids under the age of 5 and having the first floor condo close to the beach was wonderful. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed.

Family Fall Vacation/Wedding

Lovely place! Perfect for our grandchildren ages 3 & 7 months. Loved the view and the few steps to the beach walkway, and pool outside our windows! Beds were comfy, and entire place nicely furnished. Easy communication with owner and staff. We hated to leave!

Fourth of July weekend with family.

The view of the beach directly from the condo is amazing. The layout is spacious and the larger bedrooms were not connected to a neighboring wall so no noise! The beach access is front of you, making incredibly easy with a 1 year old. We had a great time.

The room was clean and as described in the pictures. The ground floor was very convenient because it was only steps away from the pool and close to the stairs that access the beach!The hostess was very accommodating and communication was excellent! **This is the negative and why I will not be staying here again……1- The gate access to the beach is locked from 10: 00 PM - 6:00 AM so if you want to go on a walk on the beach etc before 6:00 am you can’t because the gate is locked and the key fob will not open it! 2- The beach set up is ridiculous!! First the chair/umbrella rental is designated to about 80% of the beach area in front of the condo. If you do not rent chairs/umbrellas and bring your own you are limited to a tiny section in between the rental chair section and the private beach that is marked that you can’t go past! In addition, the three condo buildings PLUS all of the houses behind the buildings have access to the beach area in front of the condo. Everyday people were lined up at 5:30 waiting at the access gate that doesn’t open until 6:00 to try and race to get a good spot in the very limited space designated for those that bring their own umbrella/chairs. So if you rent chairs/umbrellas then this shouldn’t be an issue but if you bring your own just be prepared to get up early and stand and wait for the gate to open at 6:00 in order to get close to the beach and expect to be elbow to elbow with people!

Thank you very much for your review. The beach access can be crowded during the busiest week of the year, 4th of July. Largest vacation travel week. The gate access to the beach is locked from 10: 00 PM - 6:00 AM for security reasons just like many of the other communities on 30A. Beach service is absolutely recommended for peak season, especially 4th of July week.

Excellent Beachfront Stay!

My family loved this property. Excellent location with quick and easy access to a pool and the beach. Michelle was a wonderful communicator throughout our stay. The property itself was clean and comfortable. The downtown shopping area of Rosemary Beach was an easy 10-15 minute walk away. The only recommendation that we would make is to add a small privacy screen, so that you could sit on the spacious back patio and enjoy the wonderful view without having to share looks with all of the other property guests who walk right next to the patio as they are following the beach access path. Overall, we would absolutely stay here again!

easy location

loved being beachfront, and also easy walking distance to the shops/ restaurants at Alys and Rosemary. Pool was a nice break, too. Bring your own beach towels, and chairs/ umbrella (or be prepared to rent for $$$). nice basic amenities and pantry supplies were there, and we added some more upon our departure.

Grand condo! tiny privacy

love the property but did not know it sat right next to the public path/entrance to the beach. The lack of privacy was a big problem for us!
