Welcome to Hilton Head Beach and Tennis - Beach Section A142; your oceanfront community on the shores of the Atlantic Ocean. This spacious and freshly updated one bedroom, one bath villa located on the first floor, is very nicely furnished, and has everything you will need for your relaxing vacation in this southern paradise. With its primary bedroom, alcove with twin beds and a brand new sleeper sofa with a memory foam, you will have no trouble sleeping a total of six people (Wi-Fi and Smart TVs are included).

Amenities at Hilton Head Beach and Tennis include two resort swimming pools, (one being the largest outdoor pool on the island). There is also a wading pool for the children. In addition to on-site tennis, a fitness center and several picnic areas with grills, there is also an extensive trail system around the island which can be explored by bicycle. If you don't bring your own, rental bikes are available at the resort. No Ebikes allowed in this complex. For those who wish to spend time away from your great accommodations, there are also dolphin and whale-watching tours, golf courses, outlet malls, as well as the Pinckney Island National Wildlife Refuge.

With wood flooring throughout, Hilton Head Beach and Tennis - Beach Section A142 has an open floorplan. Upon entry, the kitchen is immediately to the right and has all the necessary items to prepare full course meals should you so desire. There is a microwave and refrigerator. The dining area has table seating four, and the living room is nicely furnished with a sleeper sofa. From the bright and airy living room sliding glass doors lead out to the balcony. Newly painted walls throughout add to the spacious ambiance. There is also a flat screen smart TVs for your viewing pleasure. The bedroom has a queen-size bed, a five-drawer chest and a flat screen TV. The adjoining bathroom has a nicely tiled combination tub/shower. As a treat for the kids, there is an alcove with bunk beds. With so many things to do at Hilton Head Beach and Tennis - Beach Section A142, you will no doubt want to return soon to re-live or make some new priceless memories! Family vacation

The location was great and very family friendly. Our family enjoyed the daily entertainment at the pool, and the restaurant choices on site. The only disappointments during our stay were: the condo did not have a dishwasher as the listing confirmed, the mattress for the pull out couch was very uncomfortable, and the condo had a musty smell.

Couple’s Getaway

We felt very safe here. Room/grounds was clean. Restaurant on site was great, and kept us from leaving the grounds for three days.

Nice place, but the bed…

The bed wasn’t the best. Could use a new mattress or at least a new pad. Also invest in some quality pillows.

Great location, but check in and check out process is annoying

The apartment is small but nice for a family of 2-4 people. Location is very good. After driving many hours at night with two kids, I thought the check in process was annoying and unnecessary. You have to pick up a CODE from an office at a different location. It is just a key code that you can easily receive by email or text.

Nice location lousy unit

We love HHI and have been there a lot this Property needs lots of work!No dishwasher or disposal. Blinds were broken. Couch was dirty and disgusting. Kitchen poorly equipped. Noisy location.

Not the greatest…

Received no information for getting into the lock box that held the keys. Place was fairly small. A lot of noise in the surrounding area from other rentals. Bed was very squeaky and the bedroom is very small. Overall, not horrible for last minute, but I wouldn’t stay there again I don’t think.

This place needs an up-do.

This place was very uncomfortable. The couch was broken down, the TV had a distorted picture so we had to us our computer, the pillows were pathetic and the sheets rough, there wasn’t a sharp knife or cookie sheet, lights were burned out and no comfortable chairs on the porch. Very disappointing since we stayed in a lot due to COVID-19. The place could be nice with a little attention to the furnishings, etc.

Bad

We were staying at this condo while the hurricane was going on. The property owners were not easy to get in contact with and were very unhelpful when we finally did. They refused to refund us any money back when there were national weather alerts out to leave the area due to flash flooding, hurricane and tornadoes. The owners preferred us to stay and risk my families lives, Would not recommend and would not use these owners again.
