The perfect home-away-from-home awaits! A gas fireplace keeps this home warm and cozy no matter how much snow is falling outside. Visiting skiers will enjoy the close proximity to the Steamboat Ski Resort. While the Gondola is less than a mile from this rental and the base of the mountain itself is just a little over a mile away, this home is just steps from the free Steamboat Transit shuttle stop for quick, safe, and easy trips to the Gondola and downtown. In the summer, you can hike the resort or head out on one of the other trails in the surrounding mountains (the Yampa River Core Trail for hiking and biking is close by). If the kids have are joining you, make a stop just two miles north of the home at Amaze'n Steamboat Family Fun Park for activities such as mini golf and laser tag. If you're looking for a more relaxing way to spend your time, make the brief three mile drive up to Old Town Hot Springs for a dip in the steamy waters that are sure to calm your weary muscles.

Enjoy a movie or your favorite show on one of the smart, flatscreen TVs, dive into one of the provided books, or challenge one another to a popular board game or something exciting on the Sony PlayStation. You can also whip up delicious meals in the full kitchen.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
