“The condo was awesome. We stayed here for a guy's golf trip and it was everything we needed. Spacious enough for 8 of us. It's directly on Deer Lake which was very pretty. Grilling and playing yard games right by the lake made for a nice evening. 28 minutes from Bay Harbor; walking distance to The Alpine and The Monument Clubhouse. I'd come back and bring the family any day of the week. Betsy and Jason were gracious hosts; I had messaged them if there was more paper towel in the condo just to see where I could find it and not 30 mins later a gentleman showed up with rolls of paper towel for us. He was super kind. Do not have any negatives. Thanks so much!”

☆☆BEDROOMS☆☆
The condo offers two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a king sized bed and a queen sized bed. The second bedroom has two queen sized beds. Both bedrooms have televisions available.

☆☆BATHROOMS☆☆
There are two full bathrooms that both have a separate room for the bathtub/shower and toilet. This offers many places to get ready for the day or bed at night.

☆☆KITCHEN☆☆
The kitchen is open to the living room with barstool seating surrounding the countertop. You can cook a meal in the full kitchen that includes all the necessities while still being a part of the social activities of your group.

Next to the kitchen, you will find a dining room table for another comfortable place to eat. This is also where you will find a washer and dryer for our guests to use.

☆☆LIVING ROOMS☆☆
The living room space is open to the kitchen and dining room space and is positioned for amazing lake views. Either watch the water or the television as you relax in the space. The sofa is a sleeper sofa for additional sleeping space.

☆☆ENTRANCES & OUTSIDE SPACE☆☆
There is one main entrance to the condo, but multiple sliding doors. The sliding doors are wonderful for picturesque views of the lake all year round. You can walk out the sliding glass doors and immediately into the lake. You could swim here or take a short walk to the sandy beach area in front of the Beach House Restaurant. At this beach, you could rent a kayak or SUP. If you prefer motorized watercraft, you could bring your boat and anchor it right in front of the condo.

We are thrilled to announce that our vacation home at Deer Lake Villas at Boyne Mountain is now officially a dog-friendly location! Your furry companions are welcome to join you for a relaxing getaway, but we kindly ask that you follow the rules set by the Homeowners Association (HOA) to ensure a peaceful and enjoyable experience for everyone.

Dog Guidelines:
Limit: A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed per stay.
Behavior: Aggressive behavior will not be tolerated, in accordance with HOA policy.
Leash Policy: Dogs must be kept on a leash and under direct supervision at all times when outside.
Excrement Cleanup: Please clean up after your dog immediately to maintain the cleanliness of the grounds.

Inside the Condo:
For the consideration of future guests that may have a dog allergy and general cleanliness of furniture, we ask that dogs not be allowed on the furniture during your stay.
Please clean up after your dog during your stay to maintain the condo’s cleanliness.

Noise Considerations: We want everyone to enjoy their time at Deer Lake Villas, so we ask that you be mindful of noise levels. If the HOA receives a noise complaint regarding your dog, they will reach out to you. A second complaint may result in the removal of your dog to a local boarding facility.
