You are greeted by a large front porch with a swing and much patio furniture, mature trees and beautiful landscaping. First floor master bedroom with full en suite bathroom and large walk in closet. Living room and kitchen with dining area. Upstairs has three bedrooms and a full bathroom. Mudroom off back of home that leads to a nice backyard perfect for corn hole and enjoying the propane firepit. Well-appointed home with new decor and ample parking. A gem of a find in Boyne City proper.

Great house and location.

Very comfortable stay so close to downtown Boyne City. We’ve stayed in a half dozen places in BC and consensus from extended family of 8 adults was this was best one yet.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great place, super easy to check in and check out. Very clean, and comfortable. I miss it already. Plenty of room for the three kids upstairs, and my wife and I in the master bedroom. Brought our little dog (Cavalier King Charles Spaniel) and he liked it as well. Boyne is a beautiful town. We loved Cafe Sante and the grassy waterfront parks. But also nice to be within 30 minutes of Charlevoix and Petoskey/Harbor Springs. Petoskey State Park has a wonderful beach. The place is on the upper end of our price range but we found it worth the splurge. We would come back and just might.

Great rental for our family

Our family stay was wonderful in this cute home. There was plenty of room for our 10 family members and the kitchen was well stocked. The home was clean and comfortable.

Great rental

The house was comfortable, clean and in a good location. Had a few issues and the property management company came out promptly and they were very pleasant. This is our third year renting in Boyne City and this house was the best! Sadly, we won’t be returning to BC due to a transfer to Texas but if we were, this would be the house for us!

Great house but....

The house was great... very nice, but three of our cars were towed Friday night off the street. There are no signs of any kind on the street. We were told by the police that it’s “just known” that you can’t park on the street. There was no warning communication from the owner on the street/parking rules.
