Newly renovated 1st flr kitchen, dining-living area, 2nd flr bedrooms, and bath.

Our 2500 sq. ft. family lake house is the perfect getaway for YOUR family! This recently renovated lake front home is a 6 bedroom, 5.5 bath house located in a NO WAKE, deep cove at the 27th mile marker! It is a convenient 12 steps from the deck to the dock. Dock has been expanded to accommodate your boat & kayaks! There’s a paddle boat for the kids. Fishing is great in this little cove and the boat ramp is right there too!
The lower level is the perfect family gathering place with an indoor/outdoor entertainment area, with sliding doors that walk out onto a large covered deck. It features a large flat screen TV, fireplace, full kitchen and a half bath. This level also has a full size washer and dryer. There is a large selection of games, and WiFi to log into those streaming services.
The middle level features a master suite with a king bed, bathroom and access to an upper deck with fantastic lake views. This level also has 2 additional bedrooms and one additional bathroom (with a tub/shower). The second bedroom features a queen bed and access to the upper deck. The third bedroom on the second floor has a queen bed.
The third floor (street level), features a private entrance with a full kitchen and three bedrooms, each with an attached bathroom. This level also features a walk out deck with fantastic lake views, accessible from two of the bedrooms. Also, on the third floor, there is a second full size washing machine and dryer.
The large boat dock has a lake ladder and covered boat slips. The well-lit dock also has a fish cleaning station, electric and well water. Enjoy fishing and swimming right off the dock.
Our family lake place includes all bedding & linens, grill (gas and charcoal), kitchen supplies and appliances. Trash is conveniently located down the street. This house is located close to Margaritaville / Land Shark Bar & Grill, Papa Chubbys, The Fish Company, and many other attractions.
Parking for 3-4 vehicles in front with additional parking down the street.
No Smoking or pets please!

Great Family Trip!

This was our second year at this house and it did not disappoint! A great location, plenty of space for our large group, and lots of fun water activities. Very clean and well stocked. We will be back!

The property is as described and very accommodating for larger groups. The property owner was responsive and very easy to work with. We would highly recommend the property.

My family stays here every year and we always love it! It’s the perfect house for us. The dock is the main hang out area - the kids love jumping in. Always highly recommend, especially if you have a big family!

Perfect Family Getaway

We had a great time! This house was perfect for our large family. Plenty of space, and having two kitchens is so convenient. The property had all of the amenities we needed. The dock is beautiful and we had a great time with the kayaks, paddle boat, and water toys. Sara was great with communication and also responded quickly to questions. We will definitely be looking to stay here again!

We have stayed at many other places on the lake and found this property the best with 2 boat slips and a covered dock with lights and tables it made the perfect spot to hang out in a quiet cove . Our host did great to communicate and answer questions we had . Great location on the lake also . Will stay again! Thank you for the great stay

Fun filled family vacation!

My family and I stay here every summer for a family vacation. There are a lot of us and this house is perfect! The cove is quiet, the dock is perfect for the little kids to jump off of and there’s plenty of room! Close to a grocery store and a lakeside bar. Look forward to next year already!

House suited our family perfect. We literally enjoyed the house 1 day out of the 5 days rented. 1st day we were out all day on the boat. Second day we stayed to enjoy the home...We were told to quiet down, and the Sherif would be called by the Manger or homeowner, my family and I were out till 11pm had no music just sitting on the dock talking and kids were swimming, the neighbor to the right had a full-on party for two nights in row and were out till 2 and 3am both nights, the manager also asked us to move cars that were not ours several times. The neighbor to the left also was very annoying constant telling us to move our cars which we told him they were not ours. Neighbor to the left also let his 4 dogs out every morning and they ended up on our porch and grass area not allowing the kids to play outside. My husband asked him to keep his dogs so we can let the kids play and to pick up his dogs' poop. He ignored us and this kept happening every morning. We decided to go out for the remaining of our stay and just used the home to sleep. My daughter and kids stayed home on July 3rd, and she decided to take kids to swim by the dock and neighbor let off fireworks towards her and the kids', uncalled for. Not sure what's going on with the owner and neighbor to the left, but he made it very impossible to enjoy the home. I WOULD THINK TWICE ABOUT RENTIONG THIS HOME ...

Perfect house for a big family

My family of 13 had another great time at Sara’s property! The layout of 3 bedrooms + kitchen in the upper house and 3 bedrooms + kitchen in the lower house is the perfect setup. This is our 2nd year in a row staying here. A great location and the dock is so big; all of us can be on it at once. Sara is very communicative and let us check in early which helped our family out big time. I highly recommend!

Great house on quiet cove

This was the perfect weekend getaway house for a group of adult couples and friends. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, including 4 suites. The dock and cove have to be among the best at the Lake! The owner was great at communicating expectations and the check-in/check-out process and was available as needed for questions.

Ozark Cove

We had a wonderful stay at this home. We spent a lot of time on the dock which is huge and it’s in a very quiet cove. We are a family ranging in ages from 15 to 88 and the house had plenty of room for our group of 13 to spread out. The beds were all comfortable. The kitchen was a good size. Sara, the owner was excellent about communication.

Awesome trip

We loved this house! We had sixteen stay. It was so clean and anything we needed was there. WiFi was great. Dock was so large we brought 6 kayaks and there was room for all to be on the dock. We did have to drive a ways to get the rented boat and to go to any marina places, but we loved the privacy and the wonderful cove we were in. Perfect for swimming etc. with no huge wakes. Recommend!

Lake Time

There were ten adults in our party and everyone said they would like to rent again. Plenty of room in the house and nice outdoor spaces too. The dock area was fabulous and we spent most of our time there and in the water. There are "pool toys" provided and a great sitting area on the dock with a large table and chairs. Overall a fantastic place to stay.

Family vacation

We loved the house so much!! It was perfect for my family of 14. The kids fished and jumped off the dock. The deck was so great for playing games at night. Would stay again definitely!!

Good hosts, private cove

The hosts were very easy to reach for any questions. The cove was very nice for floating and hanging out on the dock. The location was a little distance to some of the more popular attractions that we would have liked to visit, but overall a good place to spend time at the lake.

Family Get Together

We had a great time at the property! There was plenty of room, a great supply of kitchen tools, towels, linens, lake floats, outdoor seating, etc. and everything was nice and clean. It was really close to the dock and water, which was so nice not to have to travel so far each time you wanted to go to the dock or back up to the house. The cove was nice and quite, without big waves. Thanks!
