Grab your swimsuit and enjoy some time relaxing on the dock - just a few steps from the house. The dock has patio lounge chairs and a bin with noodles. Bring your boat or rent one and tie onto the dock. There are 2 adult kayaks and 2 children kayaks for your use. Relax and enjoy the views on either of the 2 deck levels with lots of seating options.

TOP LEVEL: Master bedroom #1 queen bed, tub/shower combo, oversized closet, large TV for streaming and a beautiful view with access to the top deck. Master bedroom #2 has a queen bed, tub/shower combo, oversized closet, beautiful view and access to the top deck. Bedroom #3 and #4 both have queen beds, tub/shower combo and oversized closets.

MAIN LEVEL: Bedroom #5 which has a set of twin bunk beds and a trundle for extra sleeping. Full Kitchen: includes utensils, plates, cups, glassware, serving platters, crock pot, pots and pans, and Keurig coffee maker. Living room has comfortable seating and a large TV for streaming. Storage room has washer and dryer for your use during your stay. Scenic views from the kitchen and Living area - walk out to main deck which has bench swing and lots of patio furniture for seating. The patio has a gas grill for outdoor cooking.

This house has plenty of parking: 2 flat spaces and a large driveway with boat access. Rental also includes High Speed WIFI and so many other convenience items!
