Park City Condo: Spacious Private Retreat for 6+. On Free Bus Line.

Located a short distance from the Free Park City Transit line, our townhome is the perfect place to call home for your dream winter or summer vacation. With room to comfortably sleep at least six adults, and four full bathrooms, this unit is a rare gem among the crowded Park City field. Our home is located directly on the Park Meadows Country Club golf course, and is a 5 minute drive from Park City Mountain and 7 minutes from Deer Valley, giving you unparalleled access to both. If you prefer to not drive, the free public bus picks up right outside the property and will take you to the resort in under 20 minutes!

This three-story townhome comes complete with three bedrooms, and four full bathrooms.

The main level features an open kitchen, with a long dining room table perfect for family meals or a quick breakfast before hitting the town. The living room has a gas fireplace to keep you warm on those cold winter mornings and all the essentials to keep people happy including a flat-screen TV and the top available WiFi package. Perfect for those of you who like to be able to work and play! There is a large patio out back that is perfect for summer breakfasts or drinks in the evening.

The second floor of our home is where you will find the master bedroom, complete with a king bed and stunning view. There is an ensuite bathroom and washer/dryer located in the master.

The first "guest" room features a queen-sized bed and balcony. This bedroom has its own attached bath.

The third floor has two double beds and a private bathroom, perfect for siblings or friends that don't mind sharing a room. We want our home to feel like your own place, so don't hesitate to reach out and ask us any questions you may have prior to booking!

We know that this unit will comfortably host six, but understand that some families/groups are larger than that and with some flexibility and willingness to share we believe you can fit nine here. With four full-bathrooms and four beds, plus a large couch this is the perfect house for your vacation. If you have any questions, reach out, we will always honestly answer!

Park City Adventure

Property was as advertised and Kevin was a super responsive host. House was perfectly situated close to downtown, but far enough away to be quiet. Loved it.

Family Spring Break

This was a fantastic property. Spacious yet cozy. Location is perfect, its right on the bus line but is actually less than a half hour walk to a lot of things. The unit was stocked with everything you could need. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Beautiful home

Comfortable and spotless home. Had everything you could possibly need. Very nice beds, linens, furnishings. A beautiful location. Would definitely return ( hope to!) and whole heartedly recommend.

Wyoming skiiers

All was excellent. The home EASILY accomodated six of us with ski gear. Four bath and FOUR showers. Took the bus right to the base of Park City resort, piece of cake. Home is well furnished contact people were awesome. Five stars all around!

Wonderful Winter Vacay

Spent a few nights at this amazing and cozy property with three friends, we were fortunate to get to stay here and enjoy the three spacious bedrooms, many bathrooms, and ski Park City. The owner and family were absolutely lovely to work with. Communicated ASAP and you could tell are just wonderful people. We loved being able to sit by the fire each evening, cook dinner and breakfasts and felt so warm and cozy we extended our trip another night. Thank you so much to the hosts, and I will be back for sure soon.

Wonderful Park City Stay

We had a great stay at this property - it was a perfect place for 6 adults (2x couples and 2x singles). Short drive / bus ride to the ski mountain. Place was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for cooking. Owner was very communicative and friendly. No complaints, Definitely recommend!

Comfortable good location

Unit well stocked with basic needs. Cleaning supplies, paper towels, spices, olive oil, shampoo, body wash, moisturizer, etc. Plush towels. Temperature control inside unit not consistent from room to room. One block away from the MARC. Very quiet area. Would stay again

Beautiful Park City home close to ski areas and town

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Park City. Very cozy, with all needed amenities, including full sized shampoo, conditioner and body wash in each of the 4 showers. Communication with Dennis (property manager) before and during the stay was impeccable. He is definitely “customer focused”. When I tore my ACL the first day of skiing, he brought over ice packs for me and checked in regularly. We will define one back again!

Fantastic host!

The condo was well equipped. All was in good and working order. The beds were all very comfortable. Linens and towels were all great quality. The location was great. Nothing seemed to be more than 2 miles away from restaurants, shopping or the slopes. The condo was great but our host was phenomenal. He was very quick to respond to texts. He went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Although he had another family coming in the day we checked out, he was willing to give us a little extra time due to our late flight home. He also arranged to have us store our bulky belongings close by.

Christmas Vacation

My family really enjoyed staying at this condo. It was clean and stocked well. The location was perfect to catch the public transportation to Park City Mountain and the Main Street Shopping area.

Great rental

Great property with convenient location. Appreciated the outdoor space with bbq and umbrellas. Well stocked with all the basics to cook a meal for a group. Kevin was easy to communicate with and helpful.

Park City is absolutely beautiful

The condo was very nice, a lot of space. The weather during our stay was hot, with no air conditioning the condo was hot, they supplied fans for each bedroom.

Amazing place, great host!

The owner contacted us and gave us perfect directions for getting in which isn't always the case. It was in a nice neighborhood and upon walking in we were blown away at how nice it was! This was a great spot with more than enough room and tastefully done. I highly recommend this spot to anyone with about 8 people or less. Thank you for hosting us!

Kevin has called Park City home since he was a young boy and Christine's family moved their 10+ years ago after vacationing there for years. We met in Park City and both of their families still reside mere minutes from this condo. We purchased this condo from a family friend and are thrilled to be able to share it with you now. We want your vacation to be memorable and know that this property is more than capable of hosting you and your family.
