Inside, you’ll find 1,161 sq ft of bright, beautifully decorated living space, with an open layout ideal for socializing and unwinding. The cozy living room serves as the heart of the home, where you can curl up on the L-shaped sleeper couch by the wood-burning fireplace or enjoy your favorite shows on the 55” Smart TV. When it’s time to cook, the well-equipped kitchen has everything you need, from updated appliances to essentials like a drip coffee maker and even a waffle maker. Gather around the 6-person dining table for meals, or step onto the private balcony and take in the fresh mountain air.
For a peaceful night’s rest, the main bedroom features a plush king bed, an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a 55” Smart TV. The second bedroom, perfect for kids or friends, includes 2 twin beds, a 45” Smart TV, and plenty of closet space. A shared bathroom with a bathtub/shower combo is also conveniently located near the living area. With access to community amenities such as a pool, hot tub, sauna, and on-site laundry, you’ll have plenty of ways to relax and refresh. This condo includes free WiFi, central heating and air conditioning, and complimentary on-site parking, making it an ideal base for a memorable stay in the heart of Park City.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home, including a private balcony. Free parking is available on the premises, and you may park in any open spot designated for Park Station Guests.
There is a large parking lot in front of Building 2, plus additional parking spaces in the back, once you pass through the parking garage off of the entrance of Building 1. Guests are not allowed to park in the covered parking garage areas.

Nestled in the heart of Old Town and the Main Street Historic District, this condo places you steps away from a variety of eateries, breweries, museums, boutique shops, and unique entertainment options. Just a block from the Park City Mountain Town Lift, the condo offers quick access to skiing, hiking, and other exciting mountain activities.
For thrill-seekers, don’t miss the Park City Alpine Slide or the Mountain Coaster, where you can zoom down the mountainside for an exhilarating experience. Summer guests can enjoy scenic mountain biking trails, weekly farmers' markets, and outdoor concerts. The free Park City Transit system and Main Street trolley are just outside, making it easy to reach Deer Valley, Canyons Village, and the Historic District. Rideshare options like Uber and Lyft are also readily available.

Nestled in the heart of Park City, this vacation rental is just a short walk from Historic Old Town, Main Street, and the Park City Town Lift, providing direct access to Park City Mountain Resort. Steps from your door, the 10th Street bus stop offers free Park City Transit routes connecting you to Deer Valley, Canyons Village, and other local favorites.
The Old Town Transit Center, only a quick stroll away, provides even more route options. Additionally, the charming Main Street trolley is free—a fun way to explore the Park City Historic District. For added convenience, rideshare options like Uber and Lyft are always available.

Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.
PLEASE NOTE: Park Station requires all parking passes to be returned at checkout. A $400 replacement fee will be applied for any missing or unreturned parking passes.

The property was clean, well organized. The rooms were a good size. The kitchen was well stocked for food prep. We loved parking the car and not having to drive the entire time we were there. Everything was in walking distance. We would stay there again.

The location is good. Apartment is clean. Would be nice to clarify laundry services and that it’s a coin machine and doesn’t work properly. Also I didn’t know it was a wood burning fireplace. There was no wood…and not sure where you would get that. Lastly I would alert guests to download the app in advance. Cellular is not great and not easy to access once there

Fantastic condo- walk to Town Lift
This is a great condo, immaculately clean, and a great value. The 2 best features are that it's only 2 blocks to the town lift, an easy walk, and its got a great indoor hot tub for that apres- ski soak before dinner. The kitchen is well stocked, and the unit has a wood burning fireplace as well ( pick up a small bundle of firewood on your way).Parking is plentiful, and the directions are well- described. The check- in procedure is a little clunky (only because you have to type in a long URL in a separate browser), but once logged in, they are easy to follow and the owners are excellent communicators. Will stay again!

Way More Positives than Negatives
Positives: Actually bigger than it looks in pictures. Easy walk to Town Lift if headed for the slopes. Could almost be “ski-in-ski-out” (but not quite). Very nicely updated everything. Easy walk into town for restaurants and shopping. Very nice detail amenities like places for skis/boards/boots, cookware, etc.Negatives: the dishwasher was clogged and didn’t work. Parking is all outside and not that close to the unit. Beds were meh. Slow elevator (but easy access to stairs).
