7 minutes walk to the excellent Las Vistas beach. Nice community swimming pool (not heated in winter) and sun bathing terraces. Equipped with all of the facilities to ensure a home from home experience, located centrally offering everything from water parks, local markets and a large selection of shops and restaurants.

The house has three floors: a living room and a kitchen on the ground floor, two bedrooms on the first floor and one bedroom on a second floor. Two bathrooms. There is a baby cot and a high chair. Fast fibre optic Wi-Fi.
Parking, bus stop and taxi are all on your doorstep. The house is near the street, so it could be noisy sometimes from the traffic.

The house itself has good interior design and provides all you need for enjoying your perfect holiday time – fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave oven, toaster, fridge, oven, washing machine, hair dryer, iron etc.

On the ground floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen with all utensils necessary for cooking: oven, cooker, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, glasses, plates etc. There is a washing machine in a special separate housekeeping room. A spacious living-room has a comfortable sofa, which, if necessary, can be used as a bed for 1 person. There is a dinning-table for 6 persons, big flat-screen TV and DVD player.
The living-room has a terrace with a street view, table, chairs and a tent. One bathroom is on the ground level. On the second floor you will find two bedrooms: each equipped with a double-bed , a spacious bathroom with a bathtub is between the two bedrooms, which have TV and DVD players. The 3rd bedroom with twin bed is on the 3rd level with a nice and sunny balcony.
All the bedrooms are equipped with wardrobes and night tables with reading lights. Among the advantages is the private parking place. The community swimming-pool is to the service of the guests. The pool is not heated in the winter period. There is an evening discotheque for the kids and some shows in the neighbouring hotel Mare Nostrum, free of charge.

Excellent roomy and well equipped apartment. Easy check in, Jan met us at the arranged time to show us around and give us the keys. There were four of us staying and we had plenty of room. Supermarket and restaurants nearby, although it should be noted that the supermarket is closed on Sundays. All in all an enjoyable stay, we would definitely stay here again.

Great place and location, OK for the price.

Wonderful time at the flat, excellent talk with the owner and their group, helping us quickly fix a few minor problems. We loved the room and the perfect location for all our needs. The flat was very neat and roomy, and the surroundings are well-maintained. Many little things, like extra sheets, towels, and nice kitchen amenities, contributed to a cozy stay for my family and me. The complex has a beautiful, peaceful pool area. I highly recommend this flat, thanks. We come back again next year!

Great location and super nice house!

The house is handily placed for those who desire to reside in the Las Americas region. Los Cristianos is also nearby and easily reachable on foot. There's no need for a rented vehicle unless you aim to venture further afield on the island. A variety of eateries are just a short distance from the apartment, along with two Mercadonas in close proximity. Additionally, three beaches - Los Cristianos, Las Vistas, and Camison - are all within a 5-10 minute stroll. The apartment is pleasant and well-lit, having been recently refurbished (apart from the kitchen), with multiple balconies spread across three levels. Be prepared for a fair amount of stair climbing :) The kitchen boasts an extensive array of dishware, utensils, and appliances. The only drawback is the persistent traffic noise on the street, necessitating good acclimatization to sound. Overall, our experience was enjoyable.

Great place and location

We have visted Tenerife many times and this property is perfect for a family looking for a resort break. Great location - short walk to beach and amazing shopping and restaurant selections. Well equipped kitchen and located near to the main Spanish supermarket chains if you prefer to cook for yourself. Very convenient underground parking space for trips around the island. Also right on main bus routes so you don't need a car if you don't want to drive. Lots of indoor and outdoor space, nice pool area which was never crowded. Nice balance of neighbours, most of whom live all year round and really make the development feel homely and cared-for. Dmitry is an excellent host. Only consideration for some will be that the outside of one side of the development is an urban main road - with car and bus traffic audible from the main external balconies. That didn't bother us at all but if you are desperate for absolute peace and quiet, there are many quieter locations on the island. Indeed other properties within the same location that don't give onto the main road would be much quieter - for example traffic is not audible from the pool area.

Okay For The Price

Just returned back to the UK from a weeks stay at the Arona apartment hosted by Dmitry. First impressions are, the apartment and surrounding dwellings are looking a little tired and could do with a freshen up, our apartment in our opinion felt this was also the case inside as well. The furniture, TV's and kitchen appliances are all looking worn and need to be replaced to give the apartment a more modern feel. Out of our group of 3 I did find that the sheet on my single bed (firm) didn't look very clean, I messaged Dmitry about this, he said that he would pass it on to the cleaning company. However, with that being said, if he owns the apartment he should really be visiting regular to make sure that the cleaning company area actually doing there job and not waiting on renters to bring this to his attention. How I know that he hasn't visited in a while is when I messaged him to find out that there was an iron but no ironing board, he advised me to either knock on the neighbours door and ask to borrow theirs or go across the road to the hardware store and buy one. I did the latter and to his credit, Dmitry refunded that cost back into my account right away. That is when Dmitry told me that he hadn't been to the apartment for a few months. I cannot comment in regards to the pool area as we never went there. Other reviews have mentioned the busy main road directly outside of the apartment, this is correct. I slept in the single bedroom to the rear and even I could still hear the traffic, but not enough to bother me. I also kept my wind closed as it wasn't warm enough to keep open throughout the night. The other two guests said that the traffic noise would prevent a return visit to the said apartment as it would wake them early in the morning. As I briefly mentioned the TV's above, all room are fitted with tv's but the rear bedroom has no direct source of signal from an outside aerial, so apart from being able to play DVD's from the supplied player, there would be nothing else that you could watch. However, we don't go away on holiday to watch the telly and if we did want to watch anything, we all had iPhones and/or iPads that have all the streaming services on. The wifi in the apartment is okay in the living room downstairs but none existent in any of the bedrooms, so possibly some inexpensive wifi boosters could help cover the rest of the apartment. Okay for the money that it cost us, but next year we will most likely go elsewhere.

Great stay

We had a great stay at Dmitry's appartement. The apartment is exactly as you see in the pictures, no surprises there. It was very clean, ideally located to go to the Las Vistas beach, supermarkets and enjoy the night life of Las Americas. Good flow on the shower with hot water. All the commodities on the kitchen. Nice and clean with good wifi also. Really nice pool. Quiet enough although it has a bus stop nearby. Dmitry is really nice and answers fast to all your needs. Recommended!

Very central & quiet location. Swimming pool area spotless . Many good restaurant nearby.

Totally enjoyed our stay as it’s a very nice residential complex. No sunbeds at the pool but we could bring chairs & fold up beds which were in the house . Great place for young families as the house was very well stocked with cooking & eating utensils. A very large modern fridge but no freezer , washing machine & dishwasher. Two bathrooms with plenty of hot water. As the bedrooms are all up a marble stairs care would be needed with young toddlers . Overall a great place to stay . Any queries were dealt with immediately. Would definitely return.

maison idéalement située sur Las Americas

Nous avons apprécié la terrasse bien ensoleillée, le parking de la residence car il est très difficile de trouver de la place en ville. Les commerces sont proches. La piscine est un plus. Nous avons passé 2 superbes semaines dans cet appartement. Seul point moins agréable, le bruit de la route mais il ne nous a pas gênés. A refaire une autre fois.Je conseille le spectacle Antologia à Pyramide de Arona, c'est la 2 ème fois que j'y vais, c'est fantastique.

Perfect location, especially for families & over 40’s

This was an ideal location for our mixed age group. The house was clean and spacious, however the smaller bedroom may not be suitable for older people as one of the beds is a pullout. Dmitry is an excellent host, always replies speedily to messages. We had everything we needed, linens, towels, kitchen utensils/items, tv, hairdryer, iron etc. Plenty of outdoor space with lots of tables and chairs provided. Couldn’t fault this property, would definitely use again if returning to Tenerife.

Great place to stay.

Firstly just to say that Dmitry is a thoroughly trustworthy owner who responded immediately to any issues from the time of booking to the end of our stay. We had 4 adults and 2 young children in our party and the central location was superb for the beach, the great supermarket beside H&M as well as the centre of Las Americas. LOs Cristianos was a mere 10 minute stroll away. The apartment had everything we needed and more with loads of room. One nice feature was the balcony on each of the 3 floors which got the sun from morning to mid afternoon. Each had tables and furniture as well. Just a hundred yards away within the complex was a huge child and adult swimming pool which was barely used by anyone but ourselves and nice warm water at this time of the year. Everything was very secure from the internal security box to the secure gated area of the complex. The airport and other bus stops were just yards across the street which was really convenient. If I had one criticism and I find it very hard to get one is that the passsing traffic was a little noisy at night but that is mostly down to me as a very light sleeper and hardly an issue for everyone. I know Dmitry is intending to refurb the apartment and an investment in double glazing on the street would be a real bonus. All in all thank you Dmitry for your help and kindness and I thoroughly recommend your property. I hope we can return again some time in the future and appreciate all your help and also that of your letting agents.

Darstellung im Internet verspricht mehr als es hält

Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt eher enttäuschend. Die Anlage entspricht nicht den gemachten Angaben im Internet. Die Anlage liegt direkt an einer Hauptverkehrsstraße. Es ist daher extrem laut, da ddie Haupträume und die Balkone zur Straße heraus liegen. Direkt vor der Wohnung ist der einzige Eingang zu einem großen Parkplatz mit Schranke, gegenüber eine Hauptbushaltestelle in Richtung Los Christianos. Ununterbrochen stehen Autos und Busse vor der Wohnung, die Abgase und der Lärm sind absolut nervig. Der Pool kann nicht wirklich genutzt werden, da keine Liegen oder Stühle mehr vorhanden sind. Die angebliche Nutzung des Pools in dem Resort Mare Nostrum ist entgegen der Mitteilung des Eigentümers nicht erlaubt. Die Wohnung selbst hat gerade mal 90 m², nicht wie angegeben 155 m². Da müssen wohl alle Balkone und die Terasse in voller Größe mit eingerechnet worden sein. Wir waren mit 2 Paaren dort, dies ist allerdings nicht wirklich empfehlenswert, da das obere SZ eine offene Empore ist, so dass überhaupt keine Privatsphäre vorhanden ist. Die Wohnung ist daher nur für Familien geeignet. Generell muss man wissen, dass in der recht großen Anlage nur wenige Gäste sind, die meisten wohnen dauerhaft dort. Von daher ist es kaum möglich, in der Anlage - wie sonst üblich - andere Gäste kennen zu lernen. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist gut, ebenfalls die Lage. In direkter Nachbarschaft gibt es viele gute Restaurants und Kneipen. Alle Zimmer sind mit Fernseher und DVD-Player ausgestattet. Es gibt allerdings nur eine Menge spanische und vor allem arabische Sender, keine deutschen oder englische Sender. Was fehlt, sind Anleitungen zur Nutzung der diversen Geräte wie Fernseher, Waschmaschine, Gasversorgung etc. Was bei einer so hochpreisigen Anlage fehlt, ist eine regelmäßige Reinigung, die man zusätzlich buchen und bezahlen muss. Wäsche und Handtücher sind ausreichend vorhanden, müssen aber selbst gewaschen werden, bei einem Aufenthalt von 4 Wochen eher störend. Bei all den genannten Einschränkungen/Mängeln können mit einigen Bedenken nur 3 Sterne vergeben werden. Insgesamt stimmt aus unserer Sicht das Preis-/Leistungverhältnis nicht.

A great property in the heart of Playa de las Americas

I've been to this resort many times, but this was my first stay at El Camison. And what a pleasure it was. The townhouse is lovely - well decorated and furnished and very clean. We were spoilt for choice with a large terrace as well as 3 balconies. The pool is large and there were very few people there so good for the children. There are no sunbeds there but we just bought lilos and used those. It's only a short walk to the beach and supermarket, and of course there are plenty of bars and restaurants in the area. Would highly recommend this property to anyone.

Nice place, great location.

The unit is nicely located to a couple of beaches, a short walk to the supermarket with reasonable prices, a short walk to the free shuttle for Siam Park and a quick walk to a variety of restaurants if you want to go out but with a well supplied kitchen (pots, pans, dishes, utensils) you will not need to. There is a large pool on site that our kids really enjoyed and it was always a tough decision, go to the beach or go to the pool. If you are looking to see the sites around Tenerife, such as Masca, Garachico, Santa Cruz, El Teide, Playa de Las Teresitas, this unit is centrally located and less than 90 minutes to most everything on the island. If we were to come back to Tenerife we would definitely try to book this unit again.

Excellent

Superb 3 storey house. Clean and well maintained. The property is ideally situated to be close to the beach, shops and restaurants. We were a family of 6 with 2 small children, more than enough space for us all. The house is situated in a complex with use of a great pool, ideal for both children and adults. Excellent communication from the owner during our stay, offering assistance if we needed it. For a 2 week stay I would normally expect clean towels and fresh linen halfway through our stay and maybe this is something that could be considered for future visits, but this is a minor consideration and one that certainly didn't affect the enjoyment of our holiday. We wouldn't hesitate booking this house again, for future holidays.

Very satisfied!

We were a family of 6 people with 2 kids. There is space for everyone. You don't have to worry about dishes, there are enough for everyone. The table on the terrace is very efficient and comfortable. Stores are near to the apartment (2 Mercadona's). The owner is very communicable and helpful. Thank you for great holidays!

Good place for vacation with family

Everything was just like on the pictures. The apartment is well equipped, there are everything you need, all in working condition. Excellent location - in a quite complex with mostly local inhabitants, very close to Mercadona, close to the beach, not far from the center (10-15 minutes walk). Good restaurants nearby. There was only one drawback - very bad quality of cleaning upon arrival and also old and frayed linen and towels.

Sorry for cleaning and towels, it would be better if you claimed that immediately as you discovered it, then the cleaning agency should have fixed it asap. I will put more strict control over the cleaners, good that you pointed that out. Thanks again!

Ideal location & house

Excellent location the house had everything required for a very enjoyable stay. Easy walking distance to 2 good supermarkets. 5 minute walk to the beach and nightlife. The house itself had 3 balconies on one side and a patio area on the other that the sun was on all day. Good sized bedrooms and living area with a good kitchen too. It's more of a residential development rather than holiday homes meaning it was nice and quiet. Only downside was the lack of sun loungers at the pool. All in all a great house to enjoy your break in and spotless too. Great Chinese restaurant nearby into the bargain.

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Gut gelegenes Haus ,nahe beim Strand, Restaurants und Einkaufszentren. Bushaltestellen nicht weit, Leihwagen muss nicht sein. Haus ganz in ordnung und sauber. Empfehlenswert. Emil
