Stay here for a retreat or an amazing end of day relaxing place after enjoying all of what Tampa area has to offer. We stayed at this gem while visiting Family in the area. Neighborhood is safe and quiet and the property has a completely private back yard with a heated pool overlooking the lake.Every time we thought "it would be nice if they had whatever" we would check and it was there. There were seven of us, we had plenty of room, beds and privacy for everyone.The food in the area is great and there are all of the stores you could want including a Publix you can get to without having to hit a main road. We highly recommend LPCX Cafe for an outdoor breakfast.When I had a question about the pool on a Friday night I emailed the owner expecing a response the next day and he responded by text almost immediately. Highly recommend this property.

Great place to stay! We came into town for a 3 game baseball series. Stadiums are just a 10 minute drive over. Very close to many stores and restaurants.Plenty of room in the house. The pool overlooking the lake was great. Pretty cool to relax in the pool and watch the turtles, fish and even an alligator swimming in the lake. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect stay

This was by far one of our favorite stays. The house everything to meet our needs and the guys loved to be able to fish when we weren’t swimming!

Came here for the two night Metallica show. Wonderful home for the six of us, had everything we needed, pool was awesome, beds were awesome, very clean and just a really nice place, had so much fun!!

Amazing home and location!

Book this property now! The pictures do not do it any justice. The home is beautiful and has lots of space indoor and outdoor to hang out. The pool is amazing and overlooks the lake. The sunrises with the lake in the background were beautiful. Very easy check in process. The home is in a great location and close the stores and restaurants. My family and I had a wonderful time!

University of Tampa Graduation Trip

My husband, adult daughter and my 80 year old parents were in town for a long weekend for my son's graduation from University of Tampa. The house was perfect. One story, enough beds to allow my son to come spend the night with us several times. Jose and Leanne communicated with us quickly and easily. We felt it was a safe neighbor, with a Public's and Walgreens close by. I would highly recommend it for a gathering over a long weekend!

Tranquil Getaway

The location is great, the neighbors are very welcoming, it's awesome to swim in the pool and watch the planes fly over. Very comfortable with great kitchen and other amenities.

Great spot for relaxing

We stayed at the property over spring break this year. It was just as the pictures described extremely clean and a great place to spend family time together. I would highly recommend this place for anybody looking to book a family experience.

Great stay in Tampa

Our family stayed for 8 days at this property. The property was beautiful, well equipped and the neighborhood was quiet and seemed safe. Very convenient to many stores, yet quiet and tucked away. The bedrooms were spacious, the layout was wonderful for our family. The only feedback I have is that the washer/dryer was an all in one and it seemed to take a long time to dry clothes— and we had packed planning on all doing a load of laundry midway through our stay. We absolutely loved the backyard and pool, the grill area was great and we grilled all week and hung out back there. The kids loved sitting on the dock and watching all of the turtles swim up to visit. Definitely a great place to stay. Thank you, Leanne and Jose!

Wonderful views

The location, being able to see the sun rise every morning,was wonderful. The listing said there was a hot tub, one of the main things we were looking for, there was NO hot tub. When I pointed this out to the owner he said, yea he had heard that before, I even showed him the listing. The pool was great, nice and warm! There was a small lattice type fence panel that was down on the ground that I showed the owner( I was concerned about being able to get into the back yard with it down) apparently it has been down since the last storm. A few days later, a large German shepherd type dog showed up in the back yard and scared/startled us, from that point on when we were outside, we were always a little wary.Lastly, the washer/dryer all in one machine took literally 6 hours to wash and dry a load of cloths.The house itself was very nice and close to the very busy Tampa airport.

Great House!

House was clean with everything we needed. Close to grocery stores, Starbucks, Target. The lake view was so relaxing! Communication with the owner was clear and prompt. Beds were comfy and the bedrooms were spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals—well appointed. We would definitely stay here again next time we are in Tampa!

Wonderful Family Stay

Everything about our stay was great. We were 8 adults and the house was perfect. The view of the lake and being able to sit outside in December was amazing, especially we were all from the northeast.The house was well appointed and very comfortable. As a family, we were able to spend time together, enjoy each other’s company and that was what this trip was all about.

Perfect house for peace and joy

This immaculate house with beautiful lake view was the perfect place to bring the family together. Everyone enjoyed the heated pool, lounging in the sun and cooking every night in the well stocked kitchen. Many wonderful memories were made! We will definitely be back!

Beautiful home with a view on a lake!

Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful home with us. We absolutely loved every aspect of your home. The house was very clean the kitchen well stocked the bathroom is well stocked. There was a laundry room that had Laundry detergent. The absolute best part of the home is the backyard! There was screened in porch, a beautiful pool that was a perfect temperature facing a lake. I absolutely loved going out there in the mornings and watching the sunrise. Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful home with us!

Clean and Comfortable

We had the most wonderful stay! This home was just perfect! From the moment we walked in we felt at home. The grounds were kept up beautifully. Accessing the home was simple yet secure. The interior showed a great attention to detail and was beyond clean. I am particular with cleanliness and I truly appreciated the new (in packaging) sponge for dishes, and the fresh scent still on the bath towels. The furnishings and decor were tasteful and current, but also comfortable. The pool was perfect and there were plenty of seats to thoroughly enjoy the outdoor space. It is obvious that the owners take pride in the property and genuinely want guests to have a good experience. Communication was prompt and easy. I can’t say enough good things about the home and our stay!

Successful Girls Trip!

Our stay at this house definitely exceeded our expectations! Super friendly owners, everything was exactly as the pictures show and the entire property was very clean! We swam everyday, walked the neighborhood a couple times and had an overall fantastic time!

Family Getaway

We had a great time at this location. House was spotless and the pool great! Kids swam in the pool while the grandparents watched them from the screened in sunroom. Plenty of space for the six of us. Jose was very responsive and took good care of us. Would definitely stay there again when we return to Tampa.
