Stan and Julie are business owners and realtors in Tampa, Florida originally from Lockport, NY. Stan and Julie love to travel and share their love of travel through hosting guests in their own neighborhood. Our home is 2,051 square feet with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. We have a fully equipped kitchen where the largest Thanksgiving Dinner you can imagine can be prepared and a dining room that can accommodate your family for that big dinner. We also have a large eat in kitchen table that seats an additional 6 people. All three bedrooms are located upstairs with the Master Bedroom boasting a king size mattress. The room at the top of the stairs has a double bed and the room across from the main bathroom has two single beds. You can also find a crib if needed in the master bedroom closet. The couch in the living room can be converted into a double bed allowing for two more people to sleep. We also provide two air mattresses located in the towels room if you need to have additional beds. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a full shower and bathtub combo. The main bathroom is located in the upstairs hallway and a half bathroom can be found downstairs near the kitchen. There is an amazing game room found right off the kitchen with an air hockey table, Golden Tee video game, and many more games. This room has a separate window air conditioner to allow you to cool the room separately from the rest of the house which has central air conditioning. The home has two Smart TV's found in the living room and Master Bedroom. In the backyard you will find a large inground swimming pool(not heated) with a separate hot tub, basketball court, mini golf, a covered patio with table and chairs, along with several deck lounge chairs. Under the covered patio is the gas BBQ grill that you are able to use. We have also added a Xbox One with some games in the main living room. This console can be used to either watch movies or play Xbox games. Instructions on how to use the console are provided in the house handbook.
