We are following all CDC cleaning guidelines before and after hosting every guest at our home. Your safety and keeping our home extremely clean is our #1 priority.
Welcome to your home away from home in the city of Maricopa. Our home can house from 2 to 10 guest comfortably with the master bedroom and the common areas on the 1st floor. This home is perfect for snowbirds, our Canadian neighbors who want to get away for the winter and for families. Sip a cup of coffee or tea while sitting on the patio in the front or the back of the house in our quite neighborhood. Ak-Chin Casino, The Duke Golf Course, The Dunes Golf Course, Apex Motorsport, Copper sky and shops just minutes away.

Our stay at this property was great. The hosts were extremely receptive and helpful for anything we reached out about. It's in a great area and a very nice home. We would stay here again if we were going to be in the area.

Annual golf trip

Location of the house was good. Near stores and restaurants. Plenty of room, beds were comfortable. Wish I could say that about the living room furniture. The grill out back was great. It was also nice to be able to use the garage. A few updates and minor fixes this property could easily be a premium stay. Still, we enjoyed our time in Maricopa.

Ok but could have been great. New place had a pool but was not working

The property was okay. We thought we had a pool but it was not working until the day we left. We thought it would be a trade off as we had rented a 5 bedroom and there were problems so moved us to this house. Had three bedrooms and people had to sleep on couch. Could have been a good trade off. But at least they did give us a place to stay. Would stay here again.

Perfect place for a family!

Our overall experience was awesome. This house is clean and big enough to accommodate a large family. It’s furnished with everything you need and several extra touches that make it a great place to stay. Well kept yard with playhouse, outdoor seating and everything you need for relaxing outdoor gatherings. Owners were friendly and helpful, responding immediately to our questions. Beds were comfortable and we appreciated extra blankets and linens. We would definitely stay here again!

Not impressed

The whole place needs tlc, while it had a newer table and chairs outside the other lawn furniture was to bad to even be used. Inside the kitchen island had water damage or something to it that was a little unsightly. I used one of the upstairs bedrooms and didn't even have a dresser to put my clothes in. The television service was so far below what I'm used to at home it was a laugh. Also the pots and pans in the kitchen needed to be cleaned before we could use them and there wasn't hardly any bowls to use for salads and serving. Lastly most of the dishes were chipped. One other thing there was old tires laying along the house. The other house I rented in Maricopa for two years was better by far, should have tried to get it again

Fantastic deal for a large family or group

I will be honest I expected the house to be in pristine shape for the amount of deposit being CHRGD. It was very clean but a bit below avg in regards to expectations. Lots of nics and scratches in the furniture. Some sort of mis matched furniture, scratches and stains on the walls, multiple places where putty was showing in the walls, bk yard furniture all torn up. Again these were not a huge deal to us we just thought it seemed odd to ask for such a high deposit and the house not be in pristine condition. It has 5 bdrms and 2 1/2 baths with 2 living areas. Including a fun foosball table in one lvg area. Great for young families in the way of having a little playhouse in the backyard, chalk and several things for young children to play with. Lots of plug covers for little fingers. It was stocked with laundry facilities and materials, dish washing materials, condiments in kitchen & shampoo/conditioners for both full bths. (2 blow dryers) Paper towels, bottled water and take out menus from local places .... all really helpful. There is a fire stick in the livingrm with Netflix & Amazon prime videos all really nice extras with full audio/video setup. There is also 1 other tv in master bdrm. (1 tv in 1 of the 4 upstairs bedrms) There is a Walmart less than a mile up the street and some really nice parks very close. Most retail places very close by. There was an adequate amount of pots and pans and dishes. Beware of the 80's vertical blinds in living rm. They randomly fall each time U open & close them. A known problem/flaw in this design. Sort of a pain. Room darkening curtains would be a much better option. All bdrms had nice 2 in woodslat blinds, not great for rm darkening but looked nice. The beds had nice/comfortable foam toppers which is great for side sleepers spine alignment. Super easy keypad ck in. Fantastic rate for the amount of space and beds with a full kitchen. Charging less than normal hotel rates with easily sleeping 10 comfortably in beds and a full kitchen. (Full sz appliances) The owners communicated very well and quickly and had very fair cleaning policies for what they charged in cleaning fees. Although we did all of the dishes before leaving they would have been included in the cleaning rate CHRGD. Great nightly rate for amount of sleeping space.

Golf Trip

I organized a golf trip with twenty 50 plus year old guys. I have house in Maricopa, but needed more space to take sleep. This was very nice house and close to everything. Jou and Dani were a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend this to anyone. Thanks, Mike H.
