Every detail has been thoughtfully considered in this opulent suite where we specialize in spoiling you. The unit features three bedrooms - two master suites with a king bed and complemented by its own master spa bathroom and a third bedroom with two queen-sized beds. Some of the "extras" in our Presidential Three Bedroom Suite at Villa La Estancia Los Cabos include a home theater system, spacious living room with a pull-out sofa bed, dining room for 8, fully equipped kitchen and an expansive terrace with furniture, beach front jacuzzi, BBQ and fire pit.

REGARDING THE ALL-INCLUSIVE MEAL PLAN: This plan is optional at the resort and is available to all guests with a confirmed reservation. Everyone staying in the same suite must participate in the all-inclusive plan together. The plan costs $140/day/adult and 50% less for children ages 4 - 12

ADDITIONAL NOTE: If you are interested in deep discounts for spa or excursions or other resort-based activities, that is available if you are willing to attend a 90-minute “sales presentation” but totally option/not required. But I must submit your name after a reservation confirmation for you to access this optional benefit.

PLEASE NOTE REGARDING CANCELLATION POLICY: The VRBO algorithm does not have the flexibility to accurately convey the cancellation policy so here goes: While there are no cancellations or refunds less than 60 days prior to scheduled arrival, if you need to cancel more than 60 days in advance there is a $350 cancellation fee from the resort which I will have to pass on to you but otherwise you will get the remainder of your payment fully returned.
