The views of the balcony and the trees, mountains and skies beyond certainly steal the show in this room. But there’s plenty to enjoy inside too, including comfortable couches, a cozy fireplace and above it, a flat screen television with plenty of channels to choose from to keep you entertained on those occasions you’re not out enjoying all that Winter Park has to offer. There's also a small desk and chair, ideal if anyone has work to do.

The Kitchen
Part of the open plan living space, the kitchen features quality cabinets, countertops and new, stainless steel appliances that will ensure you have all you need to prepare snacks and meals for yourselves, and keep your laundry clean.

You can enter the condo using a smart keypad system that’s really secure and easy to operate. The only area that’s inaccessible will be the garage.
