Within walking distance to the beach, this lovely home provides you with charming sea views from an elevated position overlooking the hillside as well as the coast. Calpe has become one of the major hotspots of the entire coast of “Costa Blanca” due to its two large sand beaches where a large variety of restaurants, shops, and bars can be explored right by the coastline.

Feel the Mediterranean air flowing over the nice exterior, equipped with various sun patios with a dining area, an outdoor shower, and a private swimming pool surrounded by an elegant balustrade forming the heart of this home. The interior of Tosal Julia is set on two-storey connected only through external stairs and equipped with central heating for the rarely cooler months. On the main/upper level, we find a traditional style living area with Sat+TV+DVD decorated with wooden beams with an American open kitchen, we follow to a conservatory with a dining table and large windows offering an excellent outlook toward the Mediterranean landscape. One twin and one double bedroom, both with A/C, sharing a bathroom. The bottom level provides a twin bedroom with A/C and another bathroom together with a small cozy living area.
