This is a 2 bedroom 2-bath condo with a beautiful beach and pool view from the living room, kitchen area, and balcony. It’s located on the second floor of Tower I. Just below the condo is the 11,500 square-foot lagoon pool with waterfalls, hot tub, and restaurant. One master bedroom with king size bed and one bedroom with two full size beds.
Features include 70’ flat screen TV with built in DVD players. Mirrored walls in living room and kitchen area. New appliances, bathroom, furniture, and carpet. Washer and dryer in unit. WiFi access is available. Condo is in a gated community with security, tons of parking, elevators, and steps from the unit.
Resort Features: Total of 12 pools, private restaurants, corner market, star bucks, spa, fitness center, hot tubs, golf, tennis, and much more!
Dates are available year round, so come on down! This condo is non-smoking and no pets allowed. Registered guest must be 25 years old or older and must stay in the unit during the entire rental period.
Once you have stayed at Edgewater you won’t want to stay anywhere else!

Fantastic Condo

I've stayed the week of July 4th every year since 2007. I love Edgewater and Dina is an excellent host. You will be glad you stayed in this unit!

We had an amazing time in Panama City Beach. Dina is so kind and took care of everything. Any time I had a question she answered right away including when we landed and I had a question about parking. I loved the oversized couch that the whole family could pile in and be comfortable. I loved the oversized tub in the bathroom that I could soak in. The beds were really comfortable. Lots of beach accessories including chairs. I would definitely recommend. The beach is absolutely beautiful and the pool is so large that it didn’t feel crowded. Thank you for a lovely stay, Dina!

Beautiful property overlooking the ocean! Loved everything about this place. Location, ocean view, amazing pool, wonderful staff, great onsite restaurant , honestly I could go on and on! We will definitely stay here again if we get the chance!

Restful stay

We have tried to stay at Edgewater for 2 years this year we got our reservation in early. The view was amazing. The staff was very helpful. You're close to all the main attractions like Pier Park and Ripley's Museum. The beach was very clean. The Lagoon was beautiful and a great area for the littles. Highly recommend.

Very Relaxing

This was a great place to lie back and just relax. Pool area is very large, so not to crowded. Onsight eating places are fabulous. It was very quiet in our condo. No outside noises. Very enjoyable!

Condo overall was nice. Clean and well stocked. Check in procedure was not great. Prices for services at the resort such as cabanas, umbrellas etc. were ridiculous.

Nice property

We spent a week with our family for a dance competition and some beach time. This is comfortable and a nice size for our group and.workwd well. The only thing I would consider next time might be the proximity to the big pool. While it is convenient it is also quite loud and drowns out the sounds of the Beach and waves. The view of the beach is magnificent!

Family vacation

Edgewater property was awesome. The condo served its purpose, but was very dated. The host. Does not respond to text but did answer calls most of the time the Wi-Fi password was not correct. However, the TV was logged in to the Wi-Fi so we were able to access channels, but cannot connect on the phone. If staying in this condo, bring your own pizza pan and pizza cutter. Most everything else was supplied. Would definitely stay at this resort again probably a different condo.

Communication was horrific. I was not given check in information without having to basically beg for it. And once I was told the code…9 mins before check in, I was told the cleaning was behind. Waited 3 hours and was never told they were finished until I ASKED. Condo was unlocked when we arrived and couldn’t get the key pad fixed until the next day after again, waiting and waiting with no response from the owner. Was told she would send money for pizza so we could go to the pool while we waited for cleaning to be finished and have yet to receive or even acknowledgement that it even happened. There were 3 wash clothes in the entire condo, and 2 dish towels. We also had to use flashlights in the bedroom because there was not adequate lighting. 2 outlets had no covers on them (one in dining room and one in the double bed, bedroom) and the smoke alarm was hanging from the ceiling. The best part about the condo was the location. View of the ocean and pool were breathtaking and loved being right by the stairs.

Perfect Spot for Us!

We loved staying here! My husband & I traveled with 2 teenage boys and met our friends who stayed in 2 other condos at Edgewater. We all loved it! Our condo was in excellent condition, beautifully furnished and very comfortable. The 2nd floor location was great for us, especially with it’s proximity to the stairs and parking. The owner was very responsive as well. Edgewater Resort has plenty to offer! The Oceans restaurant has very good food (but slow service). Try the Breakfast Bowl & cheese grits! This one meal fed my husband and myself for 2 mornings and was delicious!!! The poolside bar is really convenient for those who want a tasty beverage (kinda pricey though). I have some mobility issues so I loved that the boardwalk to the beach doesn’t have a bunch of steps like most other places we’ve stayed. The main pool is amazing. We ate out at Firefly (within walking distance) and it was so good! Try the Ahi tuna tacos! We celebrated our son’s 14th birthday at Dick’s Last Resort at Pier Park and laughed the whole time! We are very happy customers and look forward to returning!

SUPER HOST

Dinah was very responsive and communicated with me throughout the entire process. Her condo is an excellent 2nd floor location, overlooking both the pool and the beach. I would definitely stay at this unit again! I would highly recommend Edgewater, it is perfectly situated from historic Thomas Drive area and Pier Park, so you can be to both ends of the beach in no time! 5 stars Judi C.

Large Unit

Loved the location of this unit. Great views. Second bedroom felt a little cramped with one of the beds impeding the closet access. Master bedroom did not have a closet. Lovely living room and great resort amenities.

Would have been nice to...

Overall it was a good time. Beds were unmade and sandy. Would have been nice to have a map of the resort. Also would have been nice to have info on how it all works. Never knew what to do with full trash bags; things like that. But great location. Lots to do. Even though the lagoon pool was cold, it was a lot of fun to swim in.

Beautiful Beach

The location of the condo is great. Being on the 2nd floor and right off the stairwell is very convenient. The interior is a bit dated. Be sure and bring your own beach towels.

Great location

We loved the resort. The size and layout of the unit was perfect. Check in was delayed for cleaning but we were compensated a little. Being on second floor right by stairs was very convenient. Some details were vague and had to request answers a few times. Overall I would rent again.

Fall Break Getaway

Our family enjoyed our stay so much! The condo was just the perfect size for our family of 4. Our two small children enjoyed sharing the 2nd bedroom and playing in the large open living room. There were beach toys and boogie boards in the closet that they enjoyed playing with on the beach. The couch is huge and would be perfect for gathering friends and family for a night in. The location was my overall favorite. It is located right at the top of the stair well and only a few short flights up. The proximity to the main pool and beach was perfect. It was easy to run up for quick trips to the bathroom or for a snack break. No need to wait on an elevator! We ate food from the Oceans Bar and Grill several times - the food was delicious every time and very convenient. They even served us on the beach - and you get $10 off food/drinks with chair rental. We will definitely be back. Thankful to have found a great spot for our little family.

Fall break with teenage son

The property was a great location in the building overlooking the prettiest pool on the property. Stairs right outside door making it easy to get to unit only 4 flights up on second floor. Parking pass and wristbands to use property provided in the unit. Very spacious unit with everything you need provided. Found some minor items that needed attention which I reported to the property owner, but that didn’t hinder our stay at all. Loved this unit!
