I self manage our "Panama City Paradise Vacation Rentals" at Calypso and at Splash rather than using a management company. I will call you directly before your arrival date to answer any questions you may have about the condo and resort and am always just a phone call away during your stay.

Enjoy the breathtaking gulf front view from the balcony of our 2nd floor upscale condo located in the East Tower. The spacious living room and master bedroom are oceanfront and provide a spectacular view of the emerald water and sugar white sand. Enjoy the convenience of walking up only a flight of stairs to our unit, in order to avoid long elevator waits during the peak rental season.

The Calypso Resort is conveniently located on the west end family friendly area of the beach. We have an ideal location directly across the street from Pier Park and next to the County Fishing Pier. Pier Park is an upscale 1 million square foot outdoor shopping and entertainment center including the Grand 16 movie theaters, numerous restaurants, retail stores, Dave & Busters sports bar & arcade, rides including the sky wheel and free outdoor summer concerts on Thursday evenings. We are also right next to the newly opened Topgolf, Pirates Voyage Dinner & Show, and very close to Frank Brown Park for those traveling for the various baseball and softball tournaments.

Take a walk across the street to Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville, Back Porch Seafood, and Pompano Joe's restaurant or enjoy some ice cream at Kilwins. You can pick-up your sunscreen at the Super Target or enjoy a ride on the skywheel! If you have a rainy day at the beach, head on over to a matinee at the 16 stadium seating movie theater or play some video games at Dave & Busters. Shop for a new bathing suit at Dillards, Marshall's, or JCPennys.

The Calypso Resort has two gorgeous free-form 175 foot pools which are directly on the beach for the exclusive use of those staying in the East and West Towers. Just walk down a few stairs through the tropical landscaping and you are on the beach. Don't forget to stop at the Tiki Bar on the way down for a delicious frozen drink that you can enjoy on the beach chairs that we have reserved especially for you as an added bonus! The Calypso has fire pits for you to enjoy at both pools and the Emerald Hub located across the street in the 3rd tower has food, drinks & a beach shop.

If you need a break from the beach, go up to the workout room located on the 3rd floor to use the treadmill, elliptical trainer, or free weights! Take the elevator down a floor turn right and your right back to our condo where you can check your email with the free wireless internet that we provide in the room!

Our Platinum unit is professionally decorated with beautiful wood furniture and wonderful art and accessories. Luxury accommodations for up to eight are provided by a king in the master bedroom, queen in the guest bedroom, a bunk bed in the third bedroom, and queen sleeper in the living room.

We have a 55 inch flat screen Smart TV in the living room and a 50 inch flat screen Smart TV in the master bedroom, wall mounted 50 Smart TV in the queen bedroom and a 32" smart TV in the bunk room.
There are many extras including: 9 foot ceiling throughout with crown molding, granite counter tops in the bathrooms and kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Kitchen is fully stocked & includes both a regular & Keurig Coffee maker. There is a wet bar and separate laundry room with full size washer and dryer. Large walk-in closet provided in the master bedroom. We upgraded the entire unit with beautiful wood plank flooring in 2021.

If the dates that you are requesting are already booked, please inquire about our smaller 1st & 3rd floor units that we own at SPLASH (VRBO# 107010, VRBO #1342515 and VRBO #1226314) featuring a water park with dumping bucket, hot tub, lazy river pool, gulf front fitness room, and pool side grills. (just 2 miles west of Calypso)

NO SMOKING: This is a strictly non-smoking unit and resort. Smoking or vaping is not allowed in the condo, in the common areas or on the balcony.

AGE REQUIREMENTS: The individual making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older, and must occupy the rental property throughout the duration of the rental period. NO SPRING BREAKERS!!!! WE DON'T RENT TO SINGLES UNDER 25. Any reservations made under false pretense will be subject to loss of deposit and rental fees and you will be forced to leave by onsite security.

PETS NOT PERMITTED: in rental units under any conditions

Our check-in time is 4:00pm central and check-out is 10:00am central. Parking is provided in the garage across the street from the resort connected by a skywalk. and you will register & pay the $60 per car fee online ( 2 cars maximum) It is a one time fee for your entire stay.
