Discover this stunning, beach front condo located in the heart of Orange Beach. This ground floor rental features a sunny and spacious living and dining area with Gulf views, an open, well-equipped kitchen, and a furnished patio. Guests of this rental will have access to a variety of on-site, resort-style amenities including a beachside outdoor pool, indoor pool, large hot tub, sun deck, fitness room, sports courts, and grilling area.

Less than three miles up the coast, discover fine dining, boutique shopping, and a full-featured marina offering opportunities for deep sea fishing, diving, and other watersports, all at SanRoc Cay Marina. For a day of outdoor adventure, hike or cycle the miles of trails that wind throughout nearby Alabama Gulf State Park. And find fun, family-friendly attractions at places like Adventure Island, less than a mile away, and Waterville USA, only six miles from this rental.

Things to know:
Please note that group rentals are not allowed at Summer House on Romar Beach. No more than 5 units may be rented for groups of any kind. Any bookings found to be in violation of this policy will result in a fine of $500.

The location of the unit was great. It was close to the pool and to the beach. My grandson loved playing on the back porch and the grassy area. Highly recommend!

Location, location, location

This is the best location in Orange Beach! Loved sitting on the patio and watching the ocean. There was construction going on but it was only a minor inconvenience. Definitely ready to come back once all the work is complete.

A+ Condo, View and Location

We couldn’t have asked for a better condo!!! On the ground floor: a few steps from the pool and beach access. Condo equipped with everything you may need plus a large built in ice machine. The furniture was comfy, hardly any outside noise. Great communication with properly management. Did I mention the view??? Dolphin sittings every morning sitting on our lanai. Will for sure book this again!!!

Great condo

Condo on the bottom floor with the grass in front of the patio was perfect! Only negative is the unit needs a little more attention in the cleanliness area. It wasn’t terrible…. Definitely not a deal breaker and we still had a great time.

Great unit. Bad complex.

One of the best units you can find. Ground floor, ocean view and easy access to the beach. The unit itself is great, appears to be recently updated. Summer house is in need of serious modernization. The Wi-Fi is worse than dial up, constantly crashes and no phone signal inside of this unit. Fitness facilities are the worst I have ever seen, one 50 year old universal system and a few treadmills. For the d as mount of money these units costs, it’s really unbelievable. Fix these two areas and this is the best condo in orange beach.

This listing is absolutely as described. Wonderful location & never wished for anything in the well supplied kitchen. Will definitely book again. We loved being on the ground floor & enjoyed the beautiful gulf view. Vacasa was great getting back to me with a question or two that we needed answered.

Awesome place to get away

We loved this vacation condo! The location was beautiful and the proximity to the beach was spectacular! The additional ice machine in the kitchen was so handy for filling ice chests for the beach! We are planning on coming back next year!

First time in Orange Beach

Whatever the highest score is, we give it to Summer House. We loved the first floor, easy to get to beach and pool. The home was clean and spacious. Perfect set up, will book it again.

We checked in at 5:00 to a filthy condo. The sheet and towels were still outside in the garbage bag waiting on somebody to put them on. Called and ask about it and was told they are working on it ane never heard from anybody. We had to make all the beds ourselves.

Summer House 101A

This was the absolute most beautiful condo we have ever stayed in. We have been going to orange beach for 17 years and this is by far the best place to stay. The view, the decor, the location is perfect. The air conditioner kept up with the heat and never had one issue while staying there. I highly recommend this condo. The only one thing I think the owner could add is a nice out door sand gathering rug. Perfect week in the perfect condo!!!

Great place!

This condo was terrific! I would stay there again. Only issue I had was the master bedroom overhead fan didn't work. I reported it but it never got repaired before we departed. If you prefer air movement while sleeping like I do bring your own fan. This place was newly decorated, beds were great, and location was wonderful!

Will Definitely Return!

We absolutely loved the white sandy beaches and the layout of the condo, it worked perfect for our family! Being in the first floor corner was perfect for coming and going as well as quick easy access to the beach. I was a little disappointed in a few things but please read to the end, our disappointment can be overcome by setting expectations. The furnishings had been changed, which I was sad about since we rented with full occupancy and wanted 2 sofas, but then realized the condo had been completely remodeled and is absolutely beautiful! (Photos need to be updated on listing). The 2nd bathroom tub had a clogged drain, I called to get maintenance but we never heard from them the entire time we were there and 6 of us using one bathroom was not going to work so we bought liquid clog remover to unclog the drain, and the door to the washer and dryer came off the track (really needs to be replaced) but two minor things to have to live with while we had a great vacation. Now the setting expectations, since all the units are individually owned you never know what you’re going to get. This unit does not come with any beach accessories, ie. beach chairs, umbrellas, wagon, beach toys, beach towels, etc. so we had to buy or rent everything. They only provide total of 4 rolls of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 small liquid dish soap, 2 dishwashing detergent pods and 2 laundry pods. If you plan on running the dishwasher multiple times and laundry more than 2 times you’ll need to bring your own. Nor do they provide any cooking spices including salt and pepper, however the kitchen is very well stocked with dishware, utensils and pots/pans for cooking for large groups. We loved 101A and will be booking it again in the future! To the owners of 101A, you did a remarkable job with the remodel, it is beautiful!

The beach We had to go get liquid plummets unstop both bathtubs..found DIRTY laundry in two rooms ...smoking at the pools...mold in bathrooms..hot water one shower only..no ice when we arrived..faucet in kitchen so loose you had to hold bottom...dishwashers took 2 washes to get dishes clean...what a total disappointment..when Kaiser owned this unit where we always stay...it was impeccable..not any longer
