Be one of the first to enjoy this beautiful 3 BR condo at Phoenix VII. Phoenix VII is one of the best condo complexes on the Gulf! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the living room or master bedroom balcony. With over 1,500 sq ft the unit is very spacious.



Upon entering this condo you will realize why it is unique from any other 3br at Phoenix VII. Spacious floor plan with incredible 10'ft. tray ceilings!! The views are amazing from this 1st floor condo located just above the pool deck. A great condo to take in the great beach views and also keep an eye on the kids at the pool! Also, there is a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen in the 2nd bedroom, a new full over full bunk bed in the 3rd bedroom and a sleeper sofa queen in the living room. There is a 50'' HDTV in living room, a 50' in the master bedroom and 40'' HDTVs in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. We have installed all new beds, living room furniture, granite countertops and custom cabinetry!!!!



There is a large outdoor pool with a kiddy pool, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, saunas, a fitness center, and lighted tennis courts.



There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.



Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix VII with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations.



Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival. Parking pass fees are based on length of stay; 1 night is $30, 2-10 nights is $55, 11-31 nights is $100, 32-61 nights is $150, 62+ nights is $200. One bedroom condos are guaranteed 1 parking pass. Two and three bedroom condos are guaranteed two parking passes. Additional passes will be sold based on availability in the parking lot.

Beautiful location and beautiful decor.Easy beach access. Easy access to this Unit on level floor without having to use elevator when leaving the complex. Adequate parking. Plenty of room to spread out. Bedding is standard for a rental in 2 rooms but not the most comfortable. Linens and cookware could use an upgrade. Master suite is perfect.Busy complex and noisy pool area but family friendly.

Beautiful Location

We had a great stay !! Would definitely stay again. Great location to beach and lots of good restaurants. Condo was nice and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. The only downside is $55 per car for parking.

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was nicely decorated, clean and had a good view. We thought that everything was great except the bang of the gates at the pool.

Lovely Condo!

Had a wonderful time in Orange Beach and we selected a great place to stay. Many nice amenities. Also, thank you to Alabama Beach Rental, they are the best beach umbrella and chair rental I have ever purchased from. We plan on going back next year. :)

The pool did get very loud one evening but the noise did stop around 11 pm. I do wish the bathrooms in the condo had wider doors to fit a wheelchair. My daughter is in a wheelchair and she had to use the bathroom and shower on the beach-level floor. Checkout day was hectic. Took 30 minutes to get an elevator.

We were pleased with the location of our condo in Orange Beach. After getting settled in our condo and getting ready for bed we pulled out the sofa bed and found 1 extra pillow in the guest room. That pillow was covered in blood stains. It was DISGUSTING! We reported it immediately and got new pillows the next day, but unfortunately we were very rattled about the cleanliness of the rest of the condo. Our dryer did not work either and we had to call maintenance for that. The pillow was disgusting and honestly was inexcusable. (I have pictures and would be happy to share them.)

Very disappointed

The unit was very nicely furnished and the murals were beautiful. The location on the first floor was very helpful with trying to social distance and avoid contact on elevators. However, the cleanliness was poor especially with us in a pandemic. The floors were not swept or vacuumed. Also the refrigerator was dirty with crumbs and spills. The eating utensils were dirty with dried food. The kitchen counter tops had not been wiped down. Unfortunately, I had to do quite a bit of cleaning before we could unpack. I attempted to contact the property manager on 3 occasions; two times by text and another message was sent through the VRBO website but I never received a response at all, very disappointing.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My booking was pretty simple and the location was in the heart of Orange Beach. Our condo was ready early so we were able to get in a little early. After getting settled as we were getting the pull out bed ready the only extra pillow stored in the closet was COVERED in blood stains. That definitely did not sit well and pretty much made us question the cleanliness of the rest of the unit. The next day after a day at the beach we also realized that our dryer did not work. So, all in all the location was nice, but we were very disappointed in the condo itself. (I have pictures of the pillows.)

Great location, clean, but dangerous bunkbeds!!!!!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I would definitely come back to this condo if the owner fixed a couple of problems. The water pressure was terrible. The unit has 2 bathrooms but you can't really use both showers at the same time due to water pressure. Some of the skillets you couldn't even use because they were peeling and rusting. The worst part however, the reason I won't return, is the bunkbeds. The railing was wobbly because it didn't have all of the screws and right above the ladder was a large/thick piece of metal that if you rubbed on the right way could do some serious damage. I was very concerned about my 3year old!!! I LOVED the location of this unit and it was very clean. I would gladly choose it again and recommend it if they did something about the bunkbeds

Good, Band, and Needs Improvement

Check in was fine although we had some initial problems. The kitchen faucet was loose and barely operational, the there were no sheets, pillows, etc. for the sofa sleeper. These problems should have been caught and fixed before move in with a proper inspection by the management team. We enjoyed most amenities in the condo. The furniture, dining table, and condo layout were nice. The refrigerator and washer and dryer were modern. The condo could use a set of sharper knives. The wifi was reliable. The indoor and outdoor pool, hot tubs, and workout facility were nice, well maintained and clean. However, the sofa sleeper was not usable – there was no mattress on it which made it like sleeping on a board with metal bars on it. What this means is that the condo could not sleep as many guests as stated. The condo needs instructions on all TVs with how to access Direct TV connections and change channels. There were about 3-4 TV controllers in each room and it is unclear which one controls what. The kitchen appliances were not modern and did not suited the needs of our 2020’s life style. Who uses a “Mr Coffee” coffeemaker anymore (let alone several of them in the condo). Owner should provide a Keurig, a cappuccino machine, and an air fryer. Building staff (Bret Robinson staff) does not provide any support to private / VRBO condo owners. That should be made clear up front before the sales agreement.

Some Great Things....Some Not So Great.

The property itself and condo was what we expected and was nice. We could not use the indoor pool area/hot tub for the first 5 days we were there and had to walk over to the next building and use theirs. Our satellite dish was also out for the first 5 days which caused us to have to go and find places to watch 3 games that we were looking forward to seeing. Also, one of the days there was very loud work going on outside our door for about 3-4 hours which was very annoying. We really liked Orange Beach....just not sure if we will stay at this property again.

Nice condo. 2 Parking passes should be included in the condo…getting parking passes was annoying & front gate attendant was a jerk about us getting onto the property

I couldn’t have been more pleased. The condo was beautiful, spacious and convenient!

We had a great time staying in this condo. With six children to entertain, there was plenty of space to sleep and move around. The location was very convenient to the pool and beach access. Communicating with the owner was easy and quick. Will definitely keep this one listed as a favorite when we come back down to the gulf!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a very nice stay overall and we enjoyed it BUT.... We had some disappointments.. We thought it was Ground level, and it was in the front, to the parking lot, but not in the back to the beach and pool. We needed ground level for my moms bad knees. They supply you with 1 garbage bag and 1 toilet paper for bathrooms, 1 measly pack of dishwasher soap. So it felt like we were moving in having to get staples like that just to stay there for a week. For the price of the stay, seemed like enough staples should have been supplied for length of stay. Garbage bags, dish and hand soaps, toilet load, paper towels, beach towels. It was a nice roomy condo with plenty of seating for 6 adult family members so that was nice. All the beds were hard and the pillows ridiculous so we woke up stiff sore and kinked necks. Had to buy bed cushion and pillows too. Over all, I liked the Street but there are lots of places that provide more so I probably won’t be back to this specific location. The booking pics were deceiving, thought it was a lot more to the condo, but the pics were from all the different locations. No lazy River. Hot tub indoors. Etc. Lots of the pool chairs has broken straps.
