The dining table is also great for game nights and has drawers. Coffee bar for all you coffee lovers! Single serve Compact Keurig and a standard 12 cup coffee maker are provided on the coffee bar. Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival at your building. This condo is allowed 2 parking spaces @ $55.00 each.

* Due to the Covid-19 crisis, all comforters have been removed from beds. We have replaced with a quilt that is washed with each stay. If you prefer heavier bedding, you may want to bring extra bedding. We want to do our best to offer a clean bed for your stay.

Final payment (balance due after Initial Reservation Payment has been paid) is required 30 days prior to arrival.
Payment may be made by MasterCard, VISA, or Discover. Final payment may also be paid by cashier's check, money order or certified funds (if received 30 days prior to arrival). Your remaining balance will be charged to the card on file unless you notify us otherwise if your stay is less than 14 days.
Reservations including stays 14 days or longer must be paid in full 90 days before your arrival and are due by check to avoid an additional 3% credit card processing fee.
This also includes Winter stays lasting 14 days or longer.
An additional 3% processing fee will be applied to reservations lasting 14 days or longer that are paid with a credit or debit card. Please Note: After reservation, you will receive a digital rental contract that can be signed electronically. This is a mandatory part of the booking process.
