This coastal vacation rental is conveniently located in the Cottages at Lagoon Pass community on West Beach. The property has a luxurious living and dining area, a chef's kitchen with an island for entertaining, a stack washer and dryer combo, and a furnished deck. Prepare delicious meals or snacks in the fully-equipped kitchen before heading out to explore the area or to the pool area for a good dip in the refreshing pool. The community amenities include a waterfront community swimming pool overlooking Little Lagoon and a large fishing pier with a gazebo!

Take advantage of Pelican Haven's convenient location and enjoy a fun-filled sunny day at the beach! Little Lagoon is nearby and it's a great place for fishing! You can fish from the shore or from one of the piers on the lagoon. Highway 59 is home to all sorts of family-friendly attractions, including Waterville USA, Tiki's Mini-Golf, Pirate's Island Adventure Golf, and the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo. Orange Beach Marina and Zeke's Marina offer fishing charters, dolphin cruises, and watersport rentals. Beach House Kitchen & Cocktails, The Hangout, and Tacky Jack's are popular restaurants.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Security camera details: There are 2 cameras on the exterior of our unit PelicanHaven. One above the front door and one in the car area. These are so we can monitor and have evidence of false reporting of the number of people during each stay and to monitor the number of cars parked in our parking space. And to hopefully prevent grilling on the balcony or under our unit. Please do not book this house if you won't be comfortable with this or abide by these rules.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
