Here in the renowned Lighthouse Resort, you'll have plenty of room to roam on 635 feet of private beach, stunning Gulf-front views from your private balcony, and wonderful resort amenities to provide both activity and relaxation, including two hot tubs, two zero-entry outdoor pools, a heated indoor pool, and a gym with a sauna.

What's nearby:
You'll be perfectly positioned in the heart of Gulf Shores at The Lighthouse Resort, which sits just over half a mile east of Highway 59. That highway is home to Waterville USA, the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo, Tiki's Mini Golf, Pirate's Island Adventure Golf, and a wealth of other fun attractions. Gulf State Park, with its tranquil nature paths and fishing pier, is half a mile east. Also within walking distance are Sea-N-Suds, The Hangout Gulf Shores, and several great shops and other restaurants. Spend a day shopping at Pelican Point and Surf Style, tee off at the Craft Farms Golf Club (five miles north), or just relax and enjoy the sunset with a glass-bottom dolphin cruise with Dolphins Down Under.

2025 Beach Trip

The condo was clean, but dated. There were no beach items to use. Had an issue with some soiled rugs the first night, but VACASA was amazing to work with.

Family Spring Break

We had a blast with a beautiful view, and easy access to restaurants. We also enjoyed the little theme park not too far away. Ate at Acme, and Mike’s Seafood amazing!!Thank you for a reasonable price and a cute comfy place for our family.

We enjoyed our stay. The view is fantastic from the large balcony! The condo was clean and plenty of room for 4 adults. I highly recommend this condo and Lighthouse.

Nice condo/maintained well

The number one positive to this condo was the breathtaking view. The balcony is accessible from the living room and the main bedroom. Everything was clean and welcoming and we had all the kitchen and cleaning type items we needed during our stay.

Needs updates / repainting

We have stayed in Lighthouse 507 a few times. It's not a horrible condo but it's becoming dated. Some things like the pull-out sofa and beds have been updated as well as the dishwasher. That's about it. The laundry dryer needs replaced. It literally took 3 hours to dry 6 beach towels (yes, on the high setting and with frequent lint filter cleaning, and a very long time to dry clothes. The lint filter has a permanent red lint buildup that we first noticed a few years ago. The laundry room is also very dark from an insufficient ceiling light. The shower handle in the master shower fell off. Obviously someone prior to me noticed it because they just left it hanging on the threaded lever it's supposed to be connected too. I contacted Marie our Vacasa agent and she sent a Vacasa maintenance man to fix it Carey, who was a really nice guy and very apologetic, didn't have the part needed to fix it so they called a professional plumber. I'll summarize to save time...21 hours, our Vacasa agent, a Vacasa maintenance man, the Lighthouse HOA president, and 2 plumbers later it was repaired. The first plumber worked on it until almost midnight when he discovered even he couldn't fix it. Marie was very helpful and genuinely concerned about getting this problem taken care of . She also saw to it that we received a $250 refund on our stay. Marie was awesome and so was Carey the maintenance man. With all that being said my wife and I agreed that the units managed by companies other than Vacasa appear to be much cleaner and more updated. This is our second negative stay with Vacasa. When we stayed in Lighthouse 201 a few years ago it was awful. And yes I contacted Vacasa several times about mold, etc in that unit. We are very appreciative of Marie's attentive customer service and the refund we received. I must say however that we will not book with Vacasa again. We have had much better luck with local rental companies in the past and will do business with them on future visits. Oh and the lady who works in the Lighthouse office (not for Vacasa) during the day is very rude and short tempered. She could use some customer service training and a class on basic manners.

Beautiful !!

The room was wonderful. The view was great. Can’t beat 3 pools and 2 hot tubs. Even though the building was so big it never felt crowded. Will definitely be back.

The room was clean, the complex was busy, plenty of elevators and carts. Pool was clean, water was a little murky, but it’s just that time of the year for that. The room was perfect, my whole family enjoyed it. Can’t wait to go back.

The balcony is large so we could gather to enjoy the views and relax with coffee in the morning. The kids loved the pool and we loved easy access to beach. The kitchen is well equipped.

Pick another place in this building

They like to keep funneling people through here without any upgrades on the interior the furniture the scary looking exhaust areas in the bathroom I don't know man I wouldn't stay there again I think they should fix things and charge more but what do I know. If you're charging everybody that fee for a damage waiver why aren't you fixing the damage the fist hole in the back door of one of the bathroom doors or the filthy stained furniture or the tall balcony seats that you can't even sit on because the materials ripped off come on man I got options this isn't going to be one of them again

Nice unit but a few minor issues...

Nicely appointed. The Lighthouse property never disappoints but this is the second Vacasa rental we have stayed in that wasn't very clean. Bathroom vents were filthy. Dust on nearly every wall near the ceiling. Appliances were very nice except for dated dryer that took forever to dry clothes. We'll definitely return to The Lighthouse but will likely book through Meyer.

Property was clean and comfortable. The living room furniture needs updated or cleaned. Wouldn’t sit on any of the furniture. Mattresses were non forgiving... too firm. Beautiful view from balcony. Sewage odor right as you come in the front door. Think it’s from the guest bathroom.

Great place, parking, not so much

The condo was a great place! No complaints whatsoever! However the parking situation sucks! First of all the parking spots are very small. Secondly, a large portion of the parking area is restricted due to construction. We would definitely recommend the condo and the management.
