This Gulf-facing condo has been beautifully remodeled with such thoughtful details as top-of-the-line memory foam mattresses in both bedroom suites, a 50-inch flatscreen TV, granite countertops, crown molding, and a marble walk-in shower with a five-piece jet rain shower panel in the main bathroom. You'll have a cozy bunk room that's perfect for the kids, floor-to-ceiling glass doors that open onto a large balcony, and shared amenities that include two zero-entry pools, a heated indoor pool, two hot tubs, a fitness center with a sauna, and 635 feet of private beach.

This beachfront resort sits near the heart of Gulf Shores, just over half a mile east of Highway 59. You'll be within walking distance of shops, nightlife, and restaurants, including the local favorites Sea-N-Suds and The Hangout Gulf Shores. Spend your mornings fishing or strolling in Gulf State Park half a mile east, or head just up Highway 59 to find Waterville USA, the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo, Pirate's Island Adventure Golf, and a wealth of other attractions. You'll be five miles south of the Craft Farms Golf Club, six miles south of the Gulf Shores Sports Complex, and eight miles southwest of the Orange Beach Sportsplex.

Beautiful view, the balcony was the best part. The beds were not very comfortable and the pillows were flat and hard. The bedroom TV did not connect and the propertyā€™s management was not helpful with that. I like the Lighthouse location, but the parking garage costs an additional 50 on top of the rental fees.

Great stay for our family!

The condo was gorgeous with an amazing view! We loved watching dolphins swim from the balcony every morning. The kitchen was well-stocked, the beds were comfortable, and the master bathroom shower was amazing! The pools and hot tubs were great and access to the beach was fantastic.

A stay to remember

Weā€™ve stayed at the lighthouse many times, and this was by far the nicest room Iā€™ve stayed in. From the very modern appliances and appeal, to the warm feel. Everything was perfect and the shower was AMAZING. Will most definitely stay here from now on.

Excellent Gulf Shores Rental

The Lighthouse condominiums have everything you need. The condo was very clean and had been updated in the kitchen and bathrooms. Great balcony, short walk over the dunes and walkable to the heart of Gulf Shores. We had a great time.

Overall the condo was great. Stayed a week. We would stay there again. 12th floor provided a great view. Master bath shower was fun. Master bed mattress could use an upgrade but certainly not a deal breaker. There is only one electronic lock on the entry door. No additional deadbolt or way to secure the door from the inside. We have suggested the addition of an additional lock as a proposed upgrade.

Great Stay!

Great location on the Gulf with everything you need for a wonderful vacation. The bed was comfortable, kitchen was supplied adequately, and shower was great. My only "issues" were a matter of personal preference re: pillows, towels, outdoor furniture, etc. Overall it was a wonderful stay and we would/will definately lease this unit again.

The condo was a comfortable and pretty place to stay. We loved the beach access and amenities like the pools. The master room bed and pillows were not very comfortable. I think especially the pillows could be updated. Otherwise, wonderful stay!

Great location, Great People!!!

Loved the condo. Great location because you can enjoy Gulf shores and Orange beach. It was winter so it was slow everywhere but still didnā€™t have enough time to do all the fun stuff we wanted to that was still available. In some of the pictures of the shower looked dirty but it was new and clean and wonderful. We are definitely coming back.

Great Mini Vacay

The property is older but clean and well appointed. Little to no wait for elevators and there were plenty of carts available. The walk to the beach was short. The bunk beds are some and the room is more like a closet. Probably best for kids but my sister, who is 5'3" managed just fine.

Perfect location and great condo

The only complaint we can really have is the condo smelled like stale smoke or old seafood, we couldnt decide which. It was so strong we had to go get Zep and febreeze from walmart the 2nd day and thag halped tremendously. Otherwise, it was perfect! Anything youd need in the kitchen is supplied. The check out pricess was super easy, not a list of 100 things to do. If you have a big group, you may want more bath towels. Make sure you bring your own beach towels. There were a few beach things left over in the condo and we left some toys and kites to pass on. We look forward to coming again.

Fall Break Review

This was our first time staying in Gulf Shores and this condo is a great option! The view was amazing! We loved the shower in the main bathroom! The furniture was comfortable and everything was very clean. We especially LOVED the furniture on the balcony! The only "complaints" we had were of how flat the pillows were, the bed being hard, and wishing we had a keriug machine for coffee, but otherwise it was a great experience! We would defineately stay here again! As for the building in general, the workers were so nice and helpful. The elevators are super fast and there is plenty of parking available. I also loved being within walking distance to so many restaurants. We loved the pool and how clean the overall facility was!

Love the View

We loved staying at 1212. We spent most of our time just sitting on the balcony enjoying the view! Very comfortable and relaxing. All appliances were in good working order with the exception of the dryer. It took a little longer to dry the clothes but that only meant more time on the balcony!! Not a problem at all. Beds were very comfortable and the master shower was wonderful with a rainfall shower head. Would definitely rent again. Thank you!

Great rental- balcony could use work

Condo was beautiful, clean and in a great location. Everything indoors was updated and in great working condition, however the furniture on the balcony was so rusted that some of the chairs were missing chunks of the legs and so it was wobbly, since it was all rusted it was a little dangerous too 4 people in our family got pretty decent size cuts on their legs and feet from it. Overall our vacation in 1212 was amazing but again it DEFINITELY needs new balcony furniture!

Lighthouse it great!

The Lighthouse property is great. This unit was ok, had a few minor issues, but it worked for us for the week. All issues were reported to Vacasa so hopefully in the future you will not have the same issues. We were not allowed to check in early, while we had family and friends in other units where were allowed too. I am sure it is a money grab, but they own the property so it is their choice. We have stayed in better units at the lighthouse but would not discourage you from saying in this unit.

Disappointing Condo

Condo was very underwhelming for the price. Older condo that could use some TLC. Ice machine didnā€™t work from day 1 and remained nonworking until we left which was a big inconvenience despite us letting someone know on day 1. Bunks beds are hard as a rock, pillows were terrible, as well as the pots and pans available to cook in (Teflon scratched off on majority of pans). Seating in living room area is also very minimal and not enough to accommodate a large family. We would unfortunately not stay again.
