This rental includes a full kitchen, dining area, inviting living area, and a private, furnished balcony. Guests of this rental will also enjoy the shared, outdoor pool, kiddie pool, fitness center, and sauna, as well as easy access to the beautiful beach.

Directly behind this complex lie the eight mile Little Lagoon waters. The Alabama Gulf State Park & Fishing Pier, Waterville USA, the Fort Morgan Historic Site, and the Track are all a short drive from this rental. Orange Beach Marina and Zeke's Marina (both within 12 miles of this rental) offer fishing charters, dolphin cruises, and watersport equipment rentals. When you want to grab a bite to eat, popular local restaurants include Picnic Beach, the Cove Bar and Grill, and Cactus Cantina. You'll also find plenty of boutique shopping at SanRoc Cay and the Wharf.

This place was fantastic!! The View was the gulf, great location, right by the beach, Huge bathrooms in the bedrooms, and a half bath too…I would book here again and again!!

Relaxing

I grabbed a couple co workers and headed to the beach. We all enjoyed sitting on the deck watching the world go by. I would book again!

Bottom of the line condo

Location was good WiFi worked good. As far as the house definitely needs some improvements we were not provided with a broom or mop to clean up hardly any pots and pans to cook with there was mold around bathroom ac vents beds and living room furniture are very uncomfortable and out dated. Having to pay $35 for a parking pass was a little extreme as well. Within 30 minutes of being in the home our feet were black from the floors not being mopped well but the rest of the house was clean

Okay place.

The property is located in great area with short walk to public beach and lagoon on back of building. The couch was very old and dirty. The patio table had 3 legs and not well balanced. We nearly spilled our drinks. Good pool and elevator access. Great WiFi connection. Very limited trash bags and dishwasher pods. We stayed for 4 days but the place had 2 trash bags and 2 dishwashers pods. Overall great place to stay for one time.

Everything was very out dated and needs replaced. The beds, couches and coffee tables were broken.

Not Recommended

The location was great and being able to see the ocean from the big window was perfect. However this place needs a lot of deep cleaning and paint, along with some new furniture. We walk in to find the vents are full of dust and a very nasty. The carpet in both rooms have major stains, I am so thankful I remembered house shoes. The comforters on both beds are stains so we threw our blankets on top to be able to sleep. The beds are hard so not much comfort. In the kitchen and dining room there are spots in the tile that are chipped. The living furniture is wore out, we didn't even open the fold out bed due to it looking so bad and the coffee table legs was broken. I have a lot of pictures of things that are needing fixed. There was stains on curtains and a broken chair on the patio. This room is also across from elevator which lights are shining into both bedrooms due to not having any curtains only blinds and one of those was broken. So other than the view I would not recommend. This would be a great place to stay if the rooms was in much better shape

To start one of the beds was broken and there were no blankets or sheets for the pullout bed. I attempted to preheat the oven to cook breakfast and the heating element caught fire and split in 2. I wasn’t able to cook the rest of our stay and had to eat out way more than we would have liked. Unfortunately even if I could cook there wasn’t any pot holders. The coffee tables leg fell off while we were at the beach. It wasn’t even screwed in. The amount of stains in the carpet was unsettling. On a good note the view and the beach were amazing!!

Spectacular view!

The view is amazing. You can turn the recliner to look and find yourself not wanting to leave. The teeners had a blast! The beach access is literally across the street and down 3 houses. I’m an out of shape mom and made it with no problems. The biggest bummer was we didn’t book more days!!

Wow.

Getting there and checking in was the easiest part! Upon entering and bringing our belongings in we noticed how the condo had not been cleaned. There was trash under both beds as well as behind them. Dishes had to be hand washed due to the amount of food that was left in them and put back into the cabinet. Floors will leave your feet black as night. No way they have been mopped in a very long time. We also noticed bugs in the corners of the walls in the bedrooms. It was a nice condo, but not worth the money spent seeing as how we ended up at Walmart buying cleaning supplies. All they want to do is refund you the cleaning fee which in my opinion they should refund you half of the price it cost to book this place!

Got what we paid for!

The condo was worth what we paid for it. Great location, very family oriented. There was no hair dryer and the TV in the living area was very small for the size of the condo. Condo had (2) master bedrooms and bathrooms. The condo was clean but does need a deep cleaning, mold on the patio furniture and doors. We got a great rate and I was not disappointed with what we got. Vacasa was great to work with.

Not as pictured

The unit is not as pictured. The size was good, but the furniture was definitely run down. The carpet in the bedrooms needs to be replaced. The couches are very worn. The bed in one bedroom is BROKEN. I emailed Vacasa, and they didn’t even respond.

Cheap and beautiful but…

upon arriving i was hypnotized by the amazing view and beautiful room but the tvs size were incredibly underwhelming for the rooms the beds were squeaky and my biggest complaint there was trash from the last guests under the beds and furniture. other than that a great place to stay.
