Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

My daughter and I had a pleasant experience staying at the Seahorse. Close proximity to the beach with easy and clear access. We did not utilize the pool, however, it looked nice and clean. The room was clean everything worked and we had no issues. We will definitely visit again.

Great for our Family

This condo was great for our family of 4! We are a no frills, on the go family and this place was perfect for that. It had all the basics and met our needs for our stay. If you are someone who tends to be on the colder side than the rest of your family, bring an extra blanket. And, if you're picky about your pillows, go ahead and pack those with you. Our 5 year old would like to stay there every single time he goes to Alabama from now on!

Relaxing Spring Break Getaway!

This Vrbo was exactly what we wanted for our stay! The location was PERFECT. It was a 3 minute walk from the beach (2 if you speed walk haha) and our street was perfectly in line with the street entrance to the beach. The area we were located in was super peaceful and friendly, and there was tons to do for all ages within a 5-10 minute walk or drive. We would definitely recommend The Catch, Picnic Beach, Food Craft, and Sunliner Diner for food and Cherry on Top for snow cones/ice cream. If you have kids, there’s a mini golf place down the street that lets kids golf for 5 and adults for 10, and if you have teens, the Hangout is a pretty fun place to go with food and live music every night. There were also tons of souvenirs places nearby.The check-in process for our stay was remote and very easy, the place itself was very clean, and there was central AC which kept us cool during the day and at night. We could see the ocean from the bedroom windows, and we could open the windows for fresh air, which was lovely. There were TVs in every room, and the one in the living room had an hdmi cable/dvd player, so you have everything you need to do a fun movie night. The only issue we had was with the wifi connecting to the TVs, but we didn’t try anything other than unplugging/replugging the TV in, so it’s probably an easy fix. Cleaning supplies, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels, and washer/dryer were all provided—the hosts did great making sure everything was taken care of!

Very Good

The condo complex is located away from the busy tourist area, which is we wanted. The stairs to the condo were not an issue for my husband and me. It is close to the beach and has sound views from the bedrooms. The condo is clean and worked well for us.

The sweet spot of location and price

This location was so great! Such a short walk onto the beach, which is much appreciated with young kids! it’s just far enough down the highway it’s not as busy, and not as many high rises. But still just a few minutes from the activities in town. It’s an older condo, but was very clean and such a great location for the price. Be aware it’s a 3rd floor walk up. We loved our stay at this sweet spot!

1 remote that worked 3 tV No overhead lights in either bedroom Light switches covered in 2nd best Light switch served no purpose in master bedroom Internet issues. Deck railing bolts not attached to building on 1 side Cooking Utensils outdated or missing. Great location, property pool very nice. Unit was clean.

Lovely place, not as listed.

Well, to start off, I really, really, really wish I could give this place a better review. For the most part, it was lovely. The location was ideal, it was cozy, all the furniture was comfy—etc… However, one of the main requirements I personally had when booking was wifi. Some of the kids have limited data on their phones, and we didn’t want it burned up with them using it in case of emergencies. So, of course, when we booked we wanted wifi. This listing is listed as having it, you get the name and password of it, everything seems dandy, until you get there and realize there isn’t any internet at all. I called three different times and was told twice it would be no problem to fix, they’d add us to the maintenance list, and get someone there quick. The first time we called they were //supposed// to come out at about 5 according to the nice guy I talked to. No one showed, so I shrugged and said “no biggie, we’ll call again tomorrow” we had things to do that evening of course, and couldn’t wait for them forever. Fast forward to the next day, once again I call, get the sweetest lady on the line, she makes me top priority and says they’ll be there within the hour. When they don’t show up, and our day is pushed back, I call to ask if it’s okay for us to leave, or if they’re coming, and get the NASTIEST woman I’ve ever had the pleasure to talk to, who informs me that the two people I had spoken to prior had lied and broken the rules, her exact words. “We aren’t even permitted to tell you that, as we aren’t in charge of that!” I responded politely, “well the other two told me on two different occasions—“ to which I was interrupted with a very blunt “I’ll have to deal with them, that’s unacceptable. They lied to you.” 🙄🙄 I let it go after this of course, because in the end it didn’t //really// matter and our trip was great, but if you’re going to have something advertised as having specific amenities, make sure it has them. A lot of the things we brought to watch movies/tv on required wifi, and the TVs in room were ridiculously small and had exactly three channels, none of which worked for kids. It wasn’t super important, but it would have been nice to not be misled, and then when we inquired for help put off and even yelled at over it. Lesson learned, we’ll book a different home through vacasa next time.
