This lovely second-floor studio is ideally situated right across the street from the beach! You'll love the trendy aesthetic, from the adorable nautical decor to the shabby chic furnishings. The stylish kitchenette features a modern backsplash and all the basics you need to whip up a quick bite, including a two-burner electric stovetop, stainless steel mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster. The bar seating area has room for four to enjoy a snack or your freshly-brewed morning coffee.

After a fun day of surf and sand, you'll be grateful to return home and kick back with some cable on the flatscreen TV in the cool comfort of the partial air conditioning and ceiling fan. If you prefer to travel light, rest easy knowing you'll have access to a shared washer/dryer.

The bed was not comfortable. The hot water did not work and we had to message to get it fixed and then they informed us it would be shut off completely for maintenance the following day of our stay.

Perfect location! It was just me and my son in town for a soccer tournament and though the place is small, it was perfect for just the 2 of us and what we needed!

Room was clean and in a great location. Check in and check out process was easy to navigate and all instructions were communicated clearly through both the app and text messaging. Only complaint would be of the kitchen. There is no oven and the sink is really tiny so it made it hard to do dishes when we did decide to cook and eat in. Overall, it was a great experience. I would recommend this property and book again.

Great place!

We have now stayed here 3 or 4 years in a row and absolutely love it! The price range is doable, the rooms are Great, but the location is amazing!! It is right in the heart of everything. We never move the car, itā€™s an easy walk to everything, beach, hangout, pink pony pub, all souvenir shops, restaurants, and even dollar general. Canā€™t wait to return next year!!!

Unclean room & poor communication with property management

The location of the room couldnā€™t be more perfect! We were able to walk everywhere and the beach was directly across the street from the beach. The downfall is the building and room were absolutely filthy and smelled awful. It was so bad that I had to go buy cleaning products, air fresheners, new pillows, bedding and towels. The hot water went out for two days and I couldnā€™t get the property maintenance on the phone to come out and fix it. I was on hold for an hour and no one contacted me back until the next afternoon after I had checked out and told me they didnā€™t have time and called a plumber to look at it. It was an extremely disappointing stay. One of the reasons we booked was because of the reviews and those were very misleading.

This room was perfect! Our host was amazing! They went above and beyond. The check in process was easy, our room was clean, and it had all the amenities. Our room was so comfortable and relaxing. The a/c works! We stayed cool when coming back from being out in the heat! This location is perfect. Itā€™s right across from the beach and the hangout. Itā€™s in walking distance of restaurants, shopping, mini golf, ice cream, and much more! I loved our stay here! We will be back!!

Dirty Room & Poor communication from Vacasa

The entire building was not clean. The hallway leading to the rooms was absolutely filthy and had a terrible smell. The floors looked like they had not been swept or mopped for years. The walls were even dusty. The actual room we stayed in was not clean in the slightest and also had a bad odor. It was so bad that we had to go to Walmart to buy cleaner to wipe everything down and clean it ourselves and purchased air fresheners to drown out the bad smell. Also, we had to buy new bedding and pillows because the ones provided did not look or smell clean. We did not have hot water the last two nights. The first night we assumed it could be a hot water heater for multiple rooms and it was around dinner time. The next day we still didnā€™t have hot water. I called the number provided on the app for maintenance and was on hold for over an hour and no one ever answered. There was also a number for someone named Nicole and called her multiple times and she never answered either. I got on the app and tried to get someone to respond on here too and there was nothing. I didnā€™t receive a response until after we checked out the next day. Overall it was a terrible experience and I wouldnā€™t ever recommend this place to anyone else.

Great location but small

Location was perfect. Walk to beach and shopping. The room was tiny tho. It says sleeps 4. But max 3 normal size people. The futon folds out to maybe a little bigger than twin bed. For the price in the area it was good stay for the most part.

Great Location to Everything

Everything was decorated beautifully. Upon entering the room, there was a musty odor. I highly suggest plug ins. My husband and I walked over to dollar general and purchased air fresheners to sit around and some spray. I left these to keep the room smelling good in between guest stays. I would highly recommend investing in a Keurig Coffee Pot. Those are more popular these days. Kitchen was stocked, but couldā€™ve used a couple more cooking pots. Otherwise, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Looking forward to our next visit.

Great location

This was a great location for my wife and I. It was very close to the beach and some really good restaurants and shopping was within walking distance! 2nd time staying here and will hopefully get to stay again next year!!
