COASTAL BREEZE OCEAN CITY Wilmington Terrace Apartment 2

This is the perfect place to stay in Ocean City for all types of groups. My place is close to many local restaurants, bars, and businesses. It is about a 2-minute walk to the beach and/or boardwalk. With 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom, you'll have all the space you need. My place is good for couples, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups, and all others. It's a great place to stay at the beach and is close to everything that you want to do! The apartment is a large 2-bedroom apartment with a big living room, full kitchen, full equipment, bathroom, parking, wifi, and balcony. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, pots, and pans allowing our guests to save their hard-earned dollars eating in. The balcony comes with outdoor comfortable furniture. The living room is spacious and comes with a flat-screen TV and two pull-out sofas. Both bedrooms include two double beds. The office will be located in the same complex as the apartment units. There the guests will receive their keys and will make their payment for the stay. Pets are welcome upon request. There is A $25 fee per pet night applied. Guests under 25 must pay a $50 security deposit. The security deposit is 200$ for the other group. This will be completely refunded if the place is left clean and there are no damages to the apartment. We accept MasterCard, Visa, and Discover cards, money orders, cashiers checks or cash at arrival Extra guests is 20$ per night.

Please note, that guests must bring their own towels, toilet paper, paper towels, toiletries, and top sheets. We provide pillows, pillowcases, blankets, mattress covers, and fitted sheets.
