This 2nd floor unit overlooks a semi private beach with easy access to the main beach through the path in the dunes.
Walk from the 12x15 foot balcony directly to the beach.
The LR/DR has 2 sofas, dining table for eight, 65 inch screen TV, artwork, ceiling fan.
The newly remodeled Kitchen features an open concept with more seating. Every thing you will need at your finger tips. Keurig coffee maker, New Microwave oven, Blender, Ice-maker, Dish washer, and Glass top stove to help prepare home cooked meals during your stay.

There are 3 Bedrooms in the unit.
The Master has a Queen bed, ceiling fan, flat screen TV and its own bathroom
Bedroom TWO has a Queen bed, ceiling fan, and flat screen TV
Bedroom THREE has TWO Double bed, ceiling fan, and flat screen TV

NOTE; RENTER MUST BRING THEIR OWN LINENS & TOWELS

Beautiful view, great location . We had a wonderful long weekend, family trip. Parking was a bit tight for my Grand Cherokee. We happened to be there with the norā€™easter storm that came through. I felt very safe in this building even though we were very close to the beach/water. I would definitely like to stay again maybe when the weather is a little warmer with the beach open.

We enjoyed our stay very much - we were very comfortable in the space, the view is great and being pet friendly is something hard to find in OC. The only thing about the pics of the place is there is no bunk bed as was depicted at the time.

Great beachfront location, cold fridge and A/C, big balcony, firm mattresses, friendly and responsive owner. Decor was dated but hey, 1992 never ended in Ocean City. We had a great stay at "Six on the Beach". Thank you!

The place had the most beautiful view from the deck area & living room. My adult children had easy access to visit the beach & bar scene. Ken (the owner) was very responsive to all of our needs!

Needs some updating and a good cleaning

We did a 50 ladies weekend for my birthday. We go four to five times a year. This was our first beachfront unit. The view could not have been better. Loved the easy access to the beach. The covered/enclosed balcony was perfect. Patio furniture was comfy too. The parking is a bit tight for my big SUV but we got by. The unit washer needs repaired. I forgot sheets and bought some at TJ Maxx. The washer would not spin or empty. Kept throwing a code. I notified the owner through VRBO with no reply. The unit had hair all over the pillow covers on two beds and dirt? and sand as well. We just put a fitted sheet over the entire bed and bedding and put the pillows in the closets. The master bath had hair on the sink, floors and shower walls and the toilet seats were broken and wobbly. Just need to invest time and better cleaners. Could be a great unit. Loved that it's pet friendly. May use them again in the future if it gets cleaned up. The kitchen appliances were nice and clean. Appreciate the goody bag with toiletries and soaps.

Relaxing ocean view

Enjoyed a week with views of the sunrise and moonrise over the ocean. Beach is outside the doorstep. Ken, the owner, could not have been more helpful or thoughtful of our needs. He was in contact with us to sort out any potential issues and gave recommendations for local restaurants. Looking forward to our next stay!

Disappointed

I was surprised how outdated the property is, photos on VRBO are not equal to what the place looks like. Cleaning issue upon arrival but it was handled immediately, such a nice lady. The Property Manager was rude and unprofessional when dealing with him. BTW, the lock on deck to back door was still an issue after you left. The view was okay, again for what I paid for this unit disappointed. The kitchen definitely needs an upgrade, not to mention the outdated lights from the 70ā€™s. Just not what I was expecting from the pictures on VRBO. We were to stay until Saturday but left early Friday morning, very disappointed with this unit.

Great!

Highly recommend this rental unit. Great beach location that is less crowded since more people tend to use beaches at signalized intersections for crossing Coastal Highway (signals are at 41st and 45th Streets), and surrounding properties consist mostly of smaller unit condos. Lots of good places are a short walk away, such as Belly Busters, Dry 85, and Seacrets. The rental unit was very clean, and beach access is easy from the staircase entry from the deck. The deck is quite spacious and is excellent for sunrise views and relaxing through the mid-day sun. Joe B 6/16/2024

Great location

We enjoyed our stay, view was fabulous, sitting on the couch you were eye level to the ocean. Ken was quick to respond with any issues and getting in and out couldnā€™t be easier. Condo had everything you needed. I wish it could have been a little brighter inside, not enough lighting for my taste, but ample. We really enjoyed it.

Location is the only plus

Property was dirty when we arrived. It is also not well taken care of. Light fixtures in bathroom completely rusted over, soap scum clearly building up over years, toilets were gross. King bed was hard and super bouncy, TV was internet only and kept cutting in and out. Save your money and go somewhere else. The plus was the location. The owner called to check in and we let him know the place was not clean when we arrived. He offered to reimburse and I said reimbursing the cleaning fee would be appreciated, and then he said he already spent it. Bizarre.

Family Beach Week

Great location! Beach front views from the family room and just a few minutes walk to the beach with a back entrance and hose to rinse your feet before going back up. The balcony off the family room is very roomy and we spend time out there watching the ocean. Very enjoyable stay!

As advertised

The condo was nice, bigger than we expected. The location and view are great. Close to shops and restaurants and of course, right on the beach. We would stay again if visiting OC. The only concern was some lack of cleaning attention.The main areas/appliances were clean, but the air vents and less used surfaces had significant layers of dust.

You will have easy beach access from the front balcony. Plenty of room to enjoy sunrise and sunsets on the balcony. We like the location as you are not far from down town and the boardwalk and close to plenty of dining options.

O que faz essa propriedade ser Ćŗnica?

Spending time on the 12x15 foot balcony drinking coffee, or cocktails and watching sunrises, dolphins and the moon & Sun over the ocean leaves a lasting impression. The second floor gives viewing of the whole beach front and so easy to walk down the front stairs off the balcony and over the dunes to the water!
