Come and relax by your large private heated pool with custom loungers, large and new back patio, and grill area. This modern 3-bedroom and 2 bathroom cozy home perfect for 1-2 families. Two of the three bedrooms are equipped with custom made king sized beds with brand new mattresses. The third bedroom has 2 queen sized custom made bed frames with a brand new mattress. This gorgeous redesigned home is perfect for two small families to come and spend a relaxing vacation. The spacious living room has been redesigned with a 65 inch flat screen television perfect for cuddling up and watching a movie after a long day at the beach. RBF has a kitchen that is open with both views of the living room and the pool. This is perfect set up to cook while safely keeping an eye on your children in the pool or in the living room. The kitchen has been redesigned to fit the needs of the ultimate cook. Down to the stainless steel appliances and endless cooking supplies, you will not need to bring anything from home. Resting Beach Face sits directly across the beach with ocean views from the front porch and public access a quick walk in both directions. RBF has beach chairs, beach wagons, sand toys, bikes, and enclosed child carriers that connect directly to the bike. RBF has everything that you need to have the perfect, private, relaxing vacation. All you need to bring are your clothes and your flip flops. This beautiful home is under new ownership and they have redesigned this beautiful home to meet the needs of their guests just as they expect when they go on vacation. This is truly the perfect getaway for a family or two families. RBF is a short walk away from the piers and a bike ride away from many of the local restaurants. Awesome trip. The host Penny was very attentive to the needs of my family and always super fast in responce to any question I had. The pool and jacuzzi were clean and relaxing. Great overall bonding experience for my family.

The host was very responsive and helpful. The location is great. Easy access to the beach and a great restaurant within walking distance. The house is just as described. The hot tub and heated pool were perfect.

Love the location! Easy and quick to get around. We probably stayed in the heated pool most of the weekend and took in the sun. Communications were prompt. Recommend Kia joes taco stand and Salt 64! Easy access to beach, we enjoyed a long walk.

I seriously have NO COMPLAINTS about this beach house!! From the owner being super nice, laid-back and top-notch in communication, to the cleanliness of the house (as a "germaphobe" that means everything lol) even to the close proximity to the ocean (we could walk there everyday in under five minutes), it really made for a more relaxing stay. The pool and hot tub were very clean as well. If we're able to visit again next year, we will TOTALLY stay here again!!

Loved having the pool. Was refreshing after day on beach. We loved having access to bikes and beach wagon. Very nice not having to bring our own. Beach access is one block in either direction from house so itā€™s close. Very close to island way restaurant which was so good but make reservation way ahead of time.

The house was perfect for our adult weekend away. Host communicated all check in instructions. House was clean and well stocked. Hot tub was amazing for our February trip.

Nice house, Great Pool

Nice house. Great pool. House is in the middle of 2 public beach accesses. The one to the left seemed closer. Outside shower was very nice. Quiet neighborhood. No problems or issues during our stay. Penny was great to let us know we could get in the house a little earlier since it was ready. We cooked every day. Enough cookware for a family of 8. Easy check in and out.

Wonderful Long weekend

We visited for a long weekend over Easter and loved the home, island, and relaxation. Penny was a great host and very responsive. When our teenage daughter left her sandals Penny mailed them to us. The house is so cute and the beds were comfortable. The house is updated and very clean. The pool was the perfect place for our teenage kids to enjoy a swim and sunbathing in the lounge chairs. Unlike other places we have visited during Easter the area was not over-crowded and we were able to relax with out the stress of avoiding crowds. I would definitely recommend visiting!

Beach off season

Enjoyed our stay just before Christmas. Loved the hot tub + location is great - not far from grocery + other shopping but enough to be out of heavier traffic. Note if you like to go in the colder months like we do, the house has no central heat + was a bit cold. There are mini splits in each bedroom + the main area of the house. Also the pool was freezing + we couldnā€™t use it as we had hoped even though it was supposed to be heated - thankful for the hot tub. House is cute + has all your basics. Really like that all towels were provided along with hand soaps + all your necessary kitchen cleaning items.

Perfect beach house for a long weekend! Location is absolutely the best for those of us who want the laid back beach experience. Short walk to the beach access. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed to enjoy our time at OKI. The heated pool and hot tub was an added bonus. Highly recommended Resting Beach Face.

Great location and a nice little space.

The location of this place couldn't be better. A very short walk to the nearest public beach access so we never had to pay for parking, and it's located very near to the restaurants and shops. Pros: - Beach gear: chairs, umbrellas, a wagon that made taking it all to the beach a breeze, frisbee, bikes (we didn't use these -- bring a lock with you if you plan to use these as I didn't see one anywhere). - the hot tub was divine - the beds and pillows are wonderful. - Lots of space in the living room, dining room, kitchen and the open floor plan allowed us to all remain together while cooking. - the kitchen had everything we needed and more. - the ability to control the temperature independently in each room was wonderful. Not really cons, just things to know: - the sheets and pillow cases are washed in something with a STRONG smell. If you are sensitive to smells like that, skip the linens provided by the host and bring your own. - Everything gets damp. The air was working fine and maintained the temperatures we set, but the entire house was more humid than outdoors. Even things that never got wet were damp after a day of being in the house (hoodies, towels we never used, pillows). I ended up hanging towels and wet bathing suits outside to get them to dry or using the dryer. - when asking about heating the pool, the host's idea of it being "warm enough" not to heat was definitely not ours. Just know that the advertised "heated pool" may not be heated even if you ask.

We truly enjoyed our stay here- very close to the beach access, pier, restaurants, you name it. The home was everything we wanted and more! The owner was very responsive and helpful. We will definitely be coming back!

Great location and wonderful pool

We really enjoyed having our own pool and hot tub and it was only a short walk to the beach. It was nice to have bicycles available that we did not need to rent. We brought our own beach chairs but did not even need to use them since there were some available.
