Enjoy world class view of Old City and Adriatic Sea. Villa Branko has stunning views of Dubrovnik and is within easy walking distance to the town, beach and all the historical, cultural, and atheletic activities that Dubrovnik has to offer. The house is charming and beautifully crafted of white stone. The living/great room is large, airy and you can enjoy your morning coffee looking at the walled Old Town and the constant drama of ships and boats on the sea. The kitchen and outdoor terrace with its stone table and setting makes every meal a treat. The house has four bedrooms and five full baths and accomodates 8 adults comfortably. The house, terrace, garden and second floor balcony give you that picture postcard setting.

Property is in a great location with amazing views. The inside is spacious but very dated make sure you do not drive a car in. You will get fined and it is not clear in the listing that you can’t have a car.

Great spot!

This Villa was a lovely place to stay - super close to the old town (a 5 minute walk), plenty of bedrooms / bathrooms, a grocery store next door, Katherine was excellent with communication. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to visit the city!

Incredible Property

This property came as advertised. It was very close to old town and had GORGEOUS views of the city. Loved every second of my stay. Check in process was a breeze and the accommodations were, in a word, spectacular!

Great location and view!

Plenty of space for our group of 8, each bedroom had its own bathroom. Very comfortable house and host was easy to communicate with. The driving service she set us up with “Vinko” was excellent!

Amazing Location

The location is absolutely amazing! We were a family of 8 adults ( children with spouses). Beach was a 8 minute walk down the stairs and the old town was a 10 minute walk down the stairs. All amenities where available with a lovely patio!

Perfect for a family

This is a beautiful home with a beautiful view of the city! A well appointed home with the travelers needs in mind. Comfortable beds, nice furnishings, and a great host! Our family of 8 adults had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for everything Kathy!!!

Beautiful views over Dubrovnik.

This is a great location, large living space. We had 6 adults in the property comfortably. Close to old town, with some stairs. Would definitely go back again. On a side note, a lot of stairs in Dubrovnik, so just be prepared for your daily workout.

Dubrovnik Villa with Beautiful View

Ideally located with a beautiful view and a quick walk to both the city and beach. Fits 8 (4 couples or 2 families) very comfortably with a bathroom in each bedroom. Spacious floor plan with an extra bathroom downstairs near kitchen and living room. The outdoor areas are lovely. Owner and property manager are very responsive. Easy check in process. We enjoyed our stay!

The property manager, Dube was excellent as was the owner Kathy. Both were highly responsive and helpful. The house was well located and had a fantastic view of the old town and the sea. My criticisms would be that the house and furniture were “tired”. The beds were very soft. The oven and stovetop were not intuitive - at least not to a person from North America. We couldn’t figure out how to use the stovetop and there weren’t any instructions. I would not recommend using the driver service offered. The man did not help us with our bags or even say “hello”. I would have preferred to get an Uber if I had to haul my suitcases down the steps and out to the street. We still had a very nice time seeing Dubrovnik from this villa.

Location, Location, Location

South side of town and away from tourist areas. Great place for four couples. Got sausages and pork collar steaks from Taj's Butcheraj and rest of food stuffs from Pemo's for bbq and alfresco dining on the terrace with a view of the Old Town and Walls. Sveti Jakov Beach is easy 20 min walk and has great restaurant and service. Better view than Banje beach and quieter

Very nice property. The street it's on is a bit busy and you can hear cars go by at all hours. Bring earplugs if that bothers you. Otherwise, a very nice place to stay.

Wonderful location with amazing views

Our family of 4 stayed at Villa Branko for 3 nights. From booking to check out, things could not have gone better. First, Kathy the owner reached out prior to our stay to answer questions. Upon arrival in Dubrovnik, Kathy arranged for a driver to meet us and transport us to the house. The Property Manager, Dube, was waiting for us upon our arrival. The house was better then expected. Lots of space for the family to spread out. And the views were AMAZING! We thoroughly enjoyed relaxing on the two decks!.The location of the house was also very convenient - about a 10 minute walk to Old Town. There are steps and hills to deal with but that is to be expected.This house is a true gem and highly suggested for enjoying Dubrovnik!Kathy, thanks for allowing us to stay!

Dubrovnik home base

My family of 6, all over age of 21, stayed here for 5 nights and loved it! It was roomy enough for all of us and plenty of bathrooms too.. Just a short walk to Old Town and the beaches..yes the stairs are plentiful but definitely doable and helps work off all that delicious gelato we were eating. We enjoyed the outdoor terraces as well. Nice grocery store 2 minutes away. Great views of Old Town and the islands. Recommend this wonderful property to anyone going to Dubrovnik! Owner was great to work with and appreciated her recommendations.

Wonderful place to stay in Dubrovnik

If I could give more stars I would! We were in Croatia for 2 weeks and stayed at various rentals and this place was by far, the best place we stayed! The unit is spotless and the rooms are also amazing. There was 5 of us and we all had are own room and bathroom. The views from the 2 rooms and living room are amazing. We loved to wake up and have our coffee in front of the large window that looked over the town of Dubrovinik and the ocean. You will love this place They had an abundance of supplies and towels! Everywhere else we stayed only gave us limited amounts of supplies and one towel per person but at this beautiful home, you could stay a month!

Wonderful property!

3 couples(60's) stayed here for 4 nights in Sept 2023. The property was magnificent! The views amazing! There are 4 bedrooms, each with a seperate bath. Lovely courtyard with a large stone table with a view of the water. Great place for morning coffee/ breakfast. Steps to Banje beach are literally across the street. Only a few blocks away is the steps to Ploce gate. A small but ample market is only a few minute walk. We couldn't have picked a better spot for our first trip to Dubrovnik! Our host was excellent at communicating since day one and booked our transportation needs for us. Highly recommend!!

Stay in Dubrovnik.

The location was great. 5 minute walk to cable car. 10 minute walk to Old Town. Steps to Banje Beach were across the street. Market was next door. A bit slim pickings at the market but made due. The house was nice and very accurate to description in booking. It is an older Croatian home. The air conditioning was newly replaced and worked well. This was great since it was extremely hot during our stay. The view is amazing. Our host, Dube was great and very helpful whenever we had questions. She also provided us with a list of restaurants and other attractions.

Well-located Villa with Great Views of Old Town

Villa Branko offers an ideal location just 400m (an easy 8-minute walk) from Dubrovnik's historic Ploče Gate, making it an excellent base for exploring the Old Town. From the property, you can enjoy beautiful views overlooking the Old Town walls, the Adriatic Sea, and Lokrum Island. The villa is well-appointed throughout, offering comfortable and spacious accommodation. Its outdoor spaces are particularly impressive, with multiple terraces providing perfect vantage points for morning coffee, evening drinks, or al fresco dining while soaking in those magnificent views of the Dalmatian Coast. The hospitality deserves special mention. Communication was excellent throughout our stay. The property manager personally welcomed us despite our late arrival, provided a thorough orientation, and made herself available via WhatsApp for any questions. A thoughtful touch was the complimentary bottles of rose and red wine waiting for us upon arrival. The villa represents excellent value, especially considering its prime location, quality construction, and those stunning views. The property is well-maintained throughout and thoughtfully furnished. For travelers looking for a comfortable, well-located property with memorable views in Dubrovnik, Villa Branko is a choice we would happily recommend to others.

Perfect location for Old Town Dubrovnik

This property and the hosts are amazing! We had a group of 2 couples and 2 single 30s-40s year olds. The location couldn't be better, a short walk into old town (7 minutes to Restaurant 360 / Club Revel / tram / city walls / restaurants / harbor) and directly above Banje beach which was perfect for a swim on hot afternoons (house comes with beach towels and lots of other linens), it is only 3 doors away from a grocery/liquor store and a cafe! The property was spotless and there are several places to hang both inside and out with panoramic views. Bedrooms and baths are large and the independently controlled air conditioning in each bedrooms worked great! The street out front is busy but not too loud, we didn't have to use ear plugs. The hosts were so attentive and sweet, they responded quickly to requests, helping us throughout our stay, and even after when we forgot some items! The neighborhood is safe to walk in, even late at night. The dishwasher and clothes washer work, brand new fridge. Please note that the property is on a hill and the bedrooms are on the second floor, so you must navigate many steps, bring good shoes. Thank you for having us, we loved Dubrovnik and the convenience of this property!

This is the neighborhood in Dubrovnik that has the view. Villa Branko is an actual home, there is an upstairs and downstair and terrance area for you to enjoy. Most people rent apartments but we like to keep out home the way we use it and have others enjoy it too.
