Destin Harbor Townhome - Boat Slips - Walk to Beach - Waterfront Decks

Our home is a spacious 3 BR, 3 Bath townhome on the first Destin Harbor canal. We have two deep water boat slips out back with multilevel decks, grilling and fire pit for entertaining, fishing or just sitting. How could you stay at a hotel?
Our unit is the largest in the fourplex and has a unique list of amenities. We have 2 joined living areas, one up and one down including 2 fridges, two sinks, 2 washers and dryers and best of they can be separated by closing one door in the hallway. We have plenty of room to spread out futons and blow up mattresses to separate the kids. First floor is accessible with no stairs, just the threshold and one of the baths is a walk in shower for easy access. Each sofa is a pull out for two additional queen sofa beds. Each BR has a full bath. Boatslips are north/south and can handle large boats with 220 power and wash down. Slip 1, 19' beam, 54" +/-, feet long, Slip 2, 12' beam 30' long.
We are on the Holiday Isle peninsula so you can walk to the beach at O'steen Access or at the Norriego Gate, or call for a water taxi to take you out on the Harbor or Crab Island. Home is located on the closest canal to the Destin Bridge, easy paddling distance to Crab Island, you can see the Destin Bridge from the back porches. We are one of the few with a beach sand entry to canal for launching. Paddle board(s) are available already. We offer waterfront decks with fire pit, covered grill and covered picnic table for outdoor cooking. Holiday Isle is central to everything. Catch fish off the docks or sit out at night on the decks with a glass of wine and watch the mullet jump, manatees beg, dolphins broach and listen to the water. Two fridges for the wine and beer or the ice cream :).
If you are bringing a boat, let me know as we have found off site trailer parking for $ 25 a night. 430 Fleshman Ave to the right of the driveway.
