With its own 18-foot dock space, it is a fisherman's dream and the perfect getaway for boat lovers ready to explore the water. Enjoy two private beach access points just a short stroll away or soak in the stunning views of the Destin Harbor right from your balcony. Whether you're docking for the day or watching the sunset over the canal, this townhome offers the ideal blend of comfort, convenience, and coastal charm.

Starter Pack: We provide our guests with a starter amenity pack of Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponges, coffee packs, and laundry detergent pods. Once the initial amenities are depleted, guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities.

Cancellation Policy: 100% refund when bookings are cancelled 60 days (or more) before the start of the stay. Bookings canceled between 59 and 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking; otherwise, the reservation is subject to cancellation.

This home was everything and more. When we walked in we was amazed. The pictures online were accurate. This home is spacious and very clean. We will be booking again.

House and host were amazing. We did have some issues with tying up the boat in the specified 20ft slip. Boats 18ft and over will be super tight in the area and the neighbors complained about it. Seemed like the neighbors typically take up that dock space and they can’t use it while the house in occupied with guest that have a boat. Over great house and host though!

Honest Review - Great Space

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, this townhouse offers a lot of space, and it's clear the owners are making efforts to improve it. The location is excellent, especially if you enjoy the restaurants in the harbor area. That said, there were several details that future guests may want to be aware of. The enclosed space off the master bedroom was very muggy and had a noticeable damp smell, making it unusable during our stay. Unfortunately, the odor also carried into the master bedroom. The tile in both upstairs bathrooms was chipped or missing in several places, which made the bathrooms feel more worn than expected.The two upstairs secondary bedrooms have louvered doors, rather than solid doors. They provide very little sound privacy, and the doors were installed backward making the slats allow visibility INTO the rooms, so guests expecting traditional bedroom privacy should be aware of this.We were also surprised to find that the garage was not available for guest use. We had planned to store our beach chairs and baseball equipment there, but it is reserved for the owners. The kitchen is spacious and well-equipped, which we appreciated. Since the sleeping arrangements are unclear in the listing, here's a breakdown:Master bedroom: 1 king bedUpstairs secondary bedroom: 1 queen bed and 2 twin rollaway beds stored in the closetDownstairs sleeping area: 1 full bed and 1 full-size sleeper sofaThe listing mentions two private beaches and a nearby public beach, which is accurate. However, the oceanfront private beach requires a gate code, and we were never provided with one during our stay. The other private beach, O'Steen, requires a fairly long walk through the sand. We didn't visit the public beach beyond O'Steen, but based on the distance, I would recommend driving there.Overall, the location and spacious layout were definite highlights. Had we known during your stay, we would have loved the opportunity to send our maintenance team out to inspect the area and see if there was anything we could do to resolve the issue and make your stay more comfortable. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the bathroom tile, bedroom doors, and garage access. Guest feedback helps us identify areas where we can continue to improve the home. The garage is reserved for owner storage and is not listed as a guest amenity, but we understand how additional storage space would have been convenient. Regarding the private beach access, we apologize for any confusion. During your phone conversation with our receptionist, it was explained that the gate codes are managed exclusively by the Holiday Isle HOA and change regularly. Because of this, guests must contact the HOA directly to receive the current code.
