SUNSET BAY SPACIOUS LAKEFRONT HOME WITH PERSONAL DOCK MINUTES FROM OAKLAWN

Open floor plan with spectacular lake views. Large deck perfect for grilling and watching sunsets just steps to your own boat dock with swimming platform. Main channel view, but set a few houses back in wide cove for safe swimming and floating.

Located on the North side of lake which allows you to enjoy the beauty of lake life while still close to all the the wonderful things Hot Springs has to offer. 10 minute drive to Oaklawn, groceries, mall and restaurants.

Upstairs has a large bonus room with fun bunkbeds and game/tv area for kiddos, two king bedrooms and separate bathroom.
Downstairs has 3 king bedrooms, 1 queen bedroom and 3 bathrooms. All bedrooms and baths have 100% cotton bedding and towels with new memory foam beds.

The home has all the conveniences needed for entertaining and relaxing with 4 smart televisions, wireless internet, fireplace, dining table that seats 12, countertop seating for 3 and separate table that seats 4. Double oven, wet bar with ice-maker and wine cooler.
Outside has a gas grill, outdoor dining table, 2 sofas and bar seating for 6.
3,900 square feet designed for making memories with family or friends without being on top of each other.

Our dock has one empty slip. Our boat is NOT included in rental or available to rent. If you want to rent a boat, which we highly recommend, check with the following marinas-

Our whole family of 8 adults and 6 kids under 5 stayed very comfortably! We loved that all the adults got king sized beds. The deck is fully gated as well as a fence all along the lake shore which was great for our family with small children. Kitchen is very well stocked and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again!

Amazing Spot!

This house is perfect in every way. Lots of space, clean, comfortable- well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. The inlet is perfect for grabbing a couple of rafts and floating the day away. You’ll not regret staying here for a long weekend or a few weeks!

Wonderful place on the lake

This was the perfect place for our girl trip! The weather cooperated so we were out on the deck most of the time! Kitchen was great and well stocked. Enough bedrooms and baths to handle our large group. Located close to everything. Had one issue with a leaking sink and host responded immediately. Would highly recommend!!

Fantastic house! Well stocked and maintained. Lots of open area and seating to keep the family together for meals and games. Kitchen is well equipped with a variety of cookware. Great location on the lake with quick access to all sorts of activities.The whole house is nice but whoever gets the master suite is getting spoiled. Great views from the deck.Owners were great to work with!

A wonderful place to stay. So comfortable and right on Lake Hamilton. You could see the lake from a.

A wonderful Lake House. You could see the lake from almost anywhere in the house. Had every amenity that you could possibly need. So comfortable with many places in the living room to get into small groups. The outdoor dining was used every day for eating and just sitting around visiting while observing the family playing in the water. It was very enjoyable to rent a pontoon boat and be able to put it in the extra boat slip.

Amazing Stay

We can’t say enough good things about our stay at Sunset Bay. The owners were very accommodating and their communication was fantastic. The house is in a perfect spot on the lake and the layout with multiple bedrooms works really well for multiple families. We enjoyed our stay so much that we plan to return again.

Great house for large groups

We had such an amazing time at Sunset Bay. The layout was so wonderful and spacious for our large family. The hosts has thought of everything and the cove was nice and quiet for swimming off the dock. Sparkling clean and so easy. Can't wait to have the opportunity to stay there again.

I was born and raised in Arkansas and spent summers with my family at my grandparent's cabin on Lake Catherine. Like most families we've spread out across the country, so two years ago we rented a home on Lake Hamilton for my mom's 75th birthday and all the family came. We loved it so much my husband and I decided to buy a home with enough room for my whole family and friends to come together and create lasting memories of time spent together. We hope the home brings the same joy to you.

We chose this property for many reasons. The home is designed for large groups without feeling on top of each other while also feeling cozy when just my husband and I are there. It's on the North side of the lake, so while we can enjoy the peacefulness of lake life, we're only 10 minutes from the racetrack, restaurants and shopping. The home is situated such that the large deck is private from the neighbors.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

Open floor plan with three couches and game table, so guest can be together while doing their own thing. Work a puzzle on the dining room table, watch a movie on the large screen t.v., get a game going on the game table or read a book nestled on the couch in the corner all while feeling together. Large kitchen with double oven for cooking several dishes. Wet bar with ice-maker and wine cooler. Gas grill on deck provides hot flames for charring steaks and no need for propane. Eat outside at the dining table or at the bar lining the deck rail. Upstairs bonus room has bunkbeds and t.v. area for the kids or if some want to watch a movie while the others watch sports.
