***$100/day for the duration of your stay.***
***In extreme cold weather typically between December-February the pool heat will not be super efficient. Especially when temperatures are below freezing.***
**Hot tub only runs for 4 hours at a time, and takes 45min to an hour to heat. It will not run continuously during your stay. It will need to be reset every 4 hours**
***Please note that pool heating will not be available from Memorial Day Weekend through October 1st.***

***Please note that the annual drawdown of Lake Hamilton begins on November 1st of each year and the refill of both lakes will begin between March 1st and March 8th of the following year. The refill is scheduled to be completed each year by March 15th

*** We ask that you electronically sign our rental agreement within 48 HOURS of booking. An authorization for a security deposit is also required. The signature and government ID must match the first and last name on the reservation and the name on the credit card you have on file. ***

***We kindly ask our guests to ensure that all trash is securely placed in the street cans, with no loose trash, and taken to the curb the night before trash day to avoid a $100 fine.***

***Please be aware of the local wildlife around the house, including deers, bears, snakes, geese, etc.. While these animals are a beautiful part of nature, they can also pose risks. Keep a safe distance, avoid leaving food outside and be cautious when walking in the area.***

***If applicable: The outdoor sink is winterized from November to April and will not be operable during this time***
