The house has a formal living room with two sofas and two additional dens. FIVE Private BEDROOMS, FIVE FULL BATHROOMS, a total of TEN beds. There are two King beds, six queen beds, and two twin beds, and two queen-size quick blow-up mattresses! FOUR bedrooms have private full baths. The 5th full bath has a huge walk-in shower that can be accessed by the fifth bedroom off the huge den adjacent to the 40x20 outdoor pool (which is not heated and is open April until November 1). There is a 70-inch TV in one den, and a 65-inch TV in the second den, and TVs in four of the five bedrooms. THERE IS WIFI THROUGHOUT! This amazing totally private 5,000 sq ft house has a series of walled courtyards which creates a beautiful Mediterranean villa with 5 bedrooms/5 baths on 7 private acres with 188 feet on the LAKE HAMILTON MAIN CHANNEL, with a fishing/swimming dock, and TWO BOAT stalls. This is NOT a condo with shared grounds, lake access, and pool. It IS a totally private house and property and with 7 acres--guarantees no close neighbors. You will be in your own totally private paradise retreat.

There is a 40x20 pool off back patio that is fenced for total privacy. There are a series of four courtyard surrounding the house for privacy or intimacy. The East courtyard has a flagstone patio and cafe seating for privacy it is off one of the guest bedrooms also, the South courtyard contains a long covered porch with a 6x10 granite table, a bar area, a propane gas grill and a charcoal grill. It is a 25x35 ft area that looks out onto a bench/swing that is fun for all ages. The North patio has a flagstone path from the garage entrance and a small covered porch with rocking chairs and a tropical fan for a small getaway area, the West courtyard, contains a long covered porch with a dining table, and additional comfortable seating and two ceiling fans........it looks out onto the pool area. The pool has a 6 ft wooden fence for total privacy.

The house is large with three common gathering areas including a formal living room, a sunken living room off the dining room/kitchen area, and a huge 1,000 sq ft den that leads to the pool. All floors are hardwood, or tile...in other words, the house is designed for casual living. I designed this house for lake living without worry about carpet. I placed a full-size refrigerator in the den (also has a sink and wine refrigerator) for quick access to a cool drink from the pool area. The den leads directly to the pool.

****NOTE: The rate listed is the minimum rate for up to 10 occupants. There is a $35 nightly fee for each additional occupant. A total of 12 occupants are allowable.
