Walk less than a quarter-mile to the lifts each morning, returning home to a private balcony and an indoor swimming pool and hot tub with a view of the surrounding woodlands. Whether you're traveling in winter or summer, you'll find plenty to do in this scenic pocket of Colorado, from skiing and ice skating to mountain biking and hiking - all within steps of your door.

What's nearby:
This complex enjoys a central location just off Highway 6, a quarter-mile north of the Mountain House base area between River Run and Lakeside Villages. You'll be a five-minute stroll from the lifts via the pedestrian bridge, and a short shuttle ride from Lakeside Village and River Run Village, which are home to an abundance of shops, restaurants, bars, and all-seasons activities that include ice skating, canoeing, and stand-up paddleboarding.

Great place. Very clean. Had all the things you need to cook (kerig, coffee pot, toaster, salt pepper oil some other basic spices)-plenty of towels.-plenty of extra blankets sheets for fold out couch and/or lap blankett-lots of DVDs (not kids)-if you dont like big fluffy pillows bring your own-mattresses were firm in both bedrools. They did have an egg crate for spare room...helped a lot-couches are brand new (different then pictured). Fold out couch was...well a fold out couch...ok for kids bc they could position themselves in between bars but i dont think adult would be comfortable -if you need something from mngmnt good luck. Waiting 25 min on tele to get unit number.-no instruction on using parking lot..p.s you dont need a code..just pull up. Your parking pass will be in the house-no available code to get into pool. Reached out to mngmnt never got back to me-lots of games, pool noodles, sledding diskOverall great place-hot tub was broke

Clean, nice, big, a little dated

It was good except we couldn't figure out how to get the fireplace to work. We gave up. Otherwise it was fine.

Walking distance to Peru lift!

My crew really enjoyed their stay at this condo! It was an easy walk to the Peru Lift, and close to a small grocery, and several restaurants. Hot tub, Sauna,and pool all easily accessible and great! Oddly, this unit doesn’t have very many forks… But has a bazillion towels! Box fans, heaters, fireplace, mini games, but be warned… You can hear your upstairs neighbors if they are wearing ski boots or walking loudly.

No garage availability which was a bummer. Website says it is available as well as hot tub and pool which were not available either. I called the local management co as directed by a phone conversation to you all, but no message machine and no one on site. Master bath toilet chain broke several times during stay and we repaired it ourselves since no one was available to talk to or help and screen door kept popping off the rail. Great property that was very cozy and clean with great location!

Location and amenities

I was a little leery about this place due to the previous review stating an issue with the door lock. However, this wasn’t an issue during our stay. The condo is a 10 minute walk to the slopes and includes a ski locker and underground parking for one vehicle. There is also plenty of above ground parking for the larger vehicles. I was pleasantly surprised by having a Ninja blender as well as a crockpot in the kitchen amenities. Everything was clean, linens and toiletries are well stocked. There are also humidifiers, heaters, and items for families with younger children. I noticed a pack n play as well as a toddler bed rail guard in the master closet. There was also sleds and pool noodles in a closet as well. There’s games and DVDs to occupy your time apres ski. We didn’t get a chance to check out the hot tub or indoor pool due to running out of time, but my group enjoyed our stay and the convenience of the location. Definitely grab a pizza from 101 nearby, you won’t regret it. The only thing lacking was tissues. I do have to warn future occupants that the beds are a bit worn and could use replacement as well as the carpet. We’ll definitely be back if there’s availability!

Property Manager and

It took us over 45 minutes and 3 people later to get the correct code (which just so happened to be the previous tenants code) to open the door. It randomly worked. We had to take a chance to go to dinner with the fear of not being able to get back into the condo. The property manager said they could not come out that day to fix the lock, but would be out the next day. We discovered the following day that the door didn't lock at all now. HOA was supposed to be contacted. I reached out to the main office that night and they also made a request to have the door looked at. The following day, late morning, I ran into an HOA employee. He gave me their direct number, which I called. After questioning, I learned that no one was contacted on the first or the second day, the local manager said he did get the work order from the night before, which was from the main Vacasa line. They came out once, then had to come back, couldnt fix it, so they left and said they would be back a third time. At 5pm, I called and he said he wouldn't be back, so I called the main line. There was no way to secure the door while inside. There was not a deadbolt or chain, so each night we slide a bench to secure the door. The property was chosen specifically for the location to the ski school. They did give us the option to change, but nothing was comparable to our location. We packed up the day before we were suppose to leave and went and got a hotel. I was not comfortable having multiple people in and out, knowing our door does not lock (the repairman brought multiple people with him each time). Vacasa has called and said they were refunding two nights, but we have not seen a refund on our statement yet. The home itself was great. It was located near Mountain House Ski School, had plenty of blankets, additional heaters, multiple humidifiers, etc. We loved the home and location, but did not feel safe.

A great base for a ski vacation

Clean, spacious, and a great location. Less than 5 min walk to the ski lift, convenient parking and close to everything in Keystone. Nice view of the mountains.
