Set on two thoughtfully designed levels, Orion's welcomes you with its bright nautical décor and classic Maine cottage charm. Enter on the upper floor, where all three bedrooms are located—making nighttime routines and early mornings convenient and cozy for everyone.

Down the hall to the left, the first bedroom includes two twin beds, an ideal space for children or additional guests. At the end of the hall, the primary bedroom offers a queen-size bed, a new 32" flat-screen TV, a DVD player, and stunning views of Quahog Bay, allowing you to wake up to the sight of the ocean shimmering below. The third bedroom, located next to the primary, includes a queen-size bed plus a twin bunk bed, offering flexible sleeping arrangements for families or groups. This upper level also features a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo and the added convenience of an in-house washer and dryer.

Head downstairs and you'll find yourself in the welcoming open concept living and dining area. The well-equipped kitchen makes it easy to whip up your favorite lobster dinner or a hearty Maine breakfast. The dining room opens to expansive views of the bay, so every meal comes with a side of ocean scenery.
The airy living room boasts high ceilings, oversized windows, and sunlit spaces that bring the outdoors in. Sit back and watch the lobster boats pass by, relax with the 40" flat-screen TV, or cozy up by the gas fireplace on cool coastal evenings.

Step through the sliding doors onto the oceanfront deck, where there's plenty of seating for everyone. Enjoy outdoor meals with the gas grill, sip your morning coffee overlooking the water, or simply unwind in the fresh ocean air. The flat, spacious yard is perfect for yard games, sunbathing, or gathering around the fire pit as the sun sets over the bay. And after a swim off the dock? Rinse off the saltwater in the convenient outdoor shower.
