A charming cottage located along the waters in Winter Harbor, Maine, Regina's Cottage is a popular stop for regular visitors to Schoodic Peninsula. Many returning visitors have appreciated the secluded wooded lot, the ocean views, the close proximity to town, and the Downeast Maine environment Regina's is saturated in.

The location of Regina's is ideal for those who want to experience everything a Maine vacation has to offer. Schoodic Peninsula boasts hiking trails, driving paths, local restaurants, unique shops, and plenty of swimming and kayaking available.

Regina's is also minutes from the 45-minute ferry ride to MDI for those that want to stay away from the crowds but take a day trip to the bustling town of Bar Harbor. Alternatively, you can take the 1-hour drive to Acadia National Park. From there ride the FREE Island Explorer busses all over Acadia Nation Park. The property is set up for relaxation, so you can also unwind along with water, inside the cottage with stunning views, and beach combing along the scenic Schoodic coastline.

Regina's Cottage has 3 cozy bedrooms. The first-floor bedroom is a queen, and upstairs you will find a full bedroom and a loft with a set of twin beds. Both floors have bathrooms for your convenience. With an open concept first floor, rustic furnishings, and unique features, you will find everything you need to have an amazing vacation in Maine. *There is one exterior camera for security.*

Each of our renters have the opportunity to utilize our unique relationship with 3 local professionals who are willing to come to the rental property for your booking.

A true dream property! As advertised and perhaps even better than advertised. The house is outfitted with all the basics you need to cook, sleep, shower, watch TV, and more. The location is UNBELIEVABLY beautiful! The most picturesque place I have ever stayed. The ocean is feet from the house and the windows/views are amazing. The structure has character and charm and is so cozy with plenty of seating and sleeping arrangements. Check-in and checkout were easy and very reasonable. We had an absolutely amazing time. I went with my two friends; next time I want to go with my husband. I will DEFINITELY be back. Absolutely worth every penny. A real dream experience (and I live in Maine!).

This cottage was perfect for a getaway to Winter Harbor for my husband and I. It was quiet and secluded with a beautiful view. The place was well supplied with what we needed. We enjoyed seeing Harbor Seals , deer and many birds.

Peace, quiet and beautiful views. We enjoyed our time at this (very) clean, comfortable, and cozy cottage. However, for the price point and exorbitant fees if could use some updating, specifically the baths. The lower level bath has old formica surfaces, rusty stains in the tub and leaking fixtures. While I appreciate some retro vibes, this just looks beat up. The fluorescent light fixture really has no place to plug in a hair dryer or other accessories with a modern safety plug, so you must use the upstairs bath for that. Additionally, it would have been nice to have some additional seating outside, to soak up that beautiful view- there was only a hammock and a wooden bench. Despite these few things, I would absolutely recommend staying here if you don't want the busy Bar Harbor scene. We ate at the Treehouse Seaside Grill and Musquito Harbor Brewery which are just a short distance from the cottage. The Schoodic Peninsula is also close by and there's a small market minutes away for basics.

This house was everything we were hoping for and more. It was exceptionally clean, cared for, and had everything we needed for our familyā€™s home away from home. The location was perfect, as wellā€”secluded but near enough things to keep the entire family content with options for activities and relaxation.We had an amazing week!

We loved our stay at this wonderful cabin by the water. The setting is spectacular and the cabins placement along the shore and in the town of Winter Harbor is perfectly designed to help visitors achieve serenity. Hard to imagine a better way to escape the daily grind of life at home. And The management service by Coastal Posh Management was very responsive and helpful. There is so much quiet beauty for you there.

Property was quaint and the location is perfect. Our family enjoyed the stay. It was well equipped. There were six of us so I will say the last one to shower at the end of the day definitely had a cold shower. Other than that it was great and we would stay again. The house was clean and well maintained.

Beautiful place

Gorgeous private waterfront property ā€” scenic, quiet. Winter harbor has essentials and a few nice places to eat. Taking my morning coffee out back to watch the lobster boats check traps and seals bob around in the harbor was a treat.

A Little Piece of Heaven

This cabin on the water is a little piece of heaven. Not only are the views amazing, the home itself is warm and inviting and reminds me of an artist's loft. We hardly wanted to leave. We spent time doing puzzles, reading, exploring the rocks and the ocean outside, and relaxing. We did spend a day in Bar Harbor, which isn't too far away, which I highly recommend. The little town of Winter Harbor is cute and quiet, as well. I can't imagine that anyone would regret staying here.

Sweet Cottage

We loved our time at Reginaā€™s Cottage - such a sweet cottage with beautiful views of the water out all windows! Well stocked kitchen, nice beds, and responsive hosts! We have been to Winter Harbor several times and this will now be our ā€œgo toā€ place to stay!

Beautiful and Joyous

I never wanted to leave! The view from the back yard and all the beautiful nature all around was spectacular! Not to mention the wildlife and sea animals! We saw seals, dolphins, sea otters, bald and golden eagles! I hope to do it all again one day.

Birthday Weekend

Itā€™s a beautiful property and comfy stay. The only two issues we had was when it was too dark, the boys wanted to watch a movie, but the internet was not quite fast enough or stable enough to stream a movie for the kids. The other issue, was probably due to my incompetence, but I couldnā€™t get the oven to work. Probably user error. Great VRBO, beautiful experience.

Great spot on the ocean.

We enjoyed our stay and the cabin was as advertised. The kitchen stove was troublesome and difficult to light and use. The host had it repaired quickly, but it should have been or replaced before we arrived.

I've lived in Maine most of my life and have been involved in tourism and property management for as long as I can remember. We also have an award-winning chef available for private events and a massage therapist available to bring her services to you at your rental!

When I'm not working, I'm balancing being a wife and mother to 3 young boys. We enjoy spending our days at the beach or lake, swimming and searching for treasures, camping, hiking, exploring new places or making memories with our friends.
