This is a pool house that offers 3 bed/ 2 baths and a fire pit for cold nights! Fully fenced patio for your pets! Master bedroom has a king size, additional bedroom queen size bed also; and third bedroom has twin beds. One car garage but 2 car garage driveway. House is located just a few minutes from the beach, 25 minutes from oldest city in the USA Saint Augustine. Also, 30 minutes to Daytona Beach and all attractions. Accept pets with an extra fee according to pet's size. Pool heating is not included in accommodation fees. I will request a deposit upon arrival to secure electric bill; deposit will be refund after deducting heating fee before checking out.

Family visit

We had a great time. The house was stocked with essential items, very clean. Loved the fenced yard for my dogs. Great pool and location to beach and stores.

The property was nice but had been vacant a while so it was a bug problem big ants in patio large spiderwebs,, we don’t like bugs so we could not get comfortable

Clean, comfortable and nicely furnished!

The house had everything we needed! The outdoor space with covered pool and screened patio was inviting, and our dog loved the large fenced yard! Property has updated bathrooms with nice showers! Bedding clean and comfortable! Washer and Dryer a nice bonus! Kitchen equipped with everything we needed for our stay. We connected easily to internet and WiFi. Comfy seating for watching TV. There is nice beachy themed decor throughout the home. Johanna contacted us upon arrival to ensure we had everything we needed, and also checked in once or twice during our stay to ask if we needed anything. This property suited us perfectly and we highly recommend it to others looking for accommodations in this area.

What a great place for a reboot!!

What a great place for a reboot!! We needed a getaway to do nothing but stay at home and this place was fabulous for that purpose. The outdoor area was our favorite with the screened porch and pool. The privacy fence around the backyard was our dogs favorite because he could go out without a leash. We also loved the town and the beach. Our host was always involved and making sure we were doing okay at the house. We will definitely be back to the area and hopefully be able to stay at this property again.

Mother’s Day weekend 22

We had an amazing time! Best Mother’s Day weekend! The host checked in on checkout day to see how everything was and I let her know of the minor details that could have been better and I’m sure she would have addressed them had I texted her but like I said, very minor things not worth mentioning. The house is great and the neighborhood is great. I would definitely come back for a longer period of time in the future :). I recommend this stay for sure!

Great location for visiting St. Augustine

The family and I decided to book this house for a long weekend so that we could visit St. Augustine. Just about 45 minutes away, this house was super clean and really had everything we needed for the weekend. Being pet friendly was an added plus so that we could have our fur baby with us. He really enjoyed the fenced in back yard. There is a variety of restaurants, a Walmart and other things about 3 to 4 miles away.

Palm Coast is beautiful

We all had a great time and would definitely stay again. The house is lovely but could use just a few more kitchen items. I would suggest that the property manager maybe give some instructions on the use of things in the house and what is expected to be done before checkout. We went 2 days without the tv but Johanna was very quick to get things resolved (day one we arrived late so I used my phone) She was great at responding and even sent someone over to help but we got it resolved. The pool was still a little chilly but I got in it anyway lol Thanks again for the quick response to the issues I had

Lovely home with private pool & dining lanai!

Home, pool & property are all very well maintained and clean, and all very well loved by the host! We enjoyed all of our meals out on the private lanai, but we absolutely LOVED having our very own pool! This is the perfect place for a family (we were a family of 5), with two full bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. We were far enough away from the hustle and bustle, but close enough to explore Daytona Beach, Flagler Beach & St. Augustine Beach during our stay. We can’t say enough about how prompt our host was with all of our questions and making sure we were all set up. And can I say again how great the pool was?! Our kiddos were in it every day! Thank you for such a wonderful home-away-from-home!!

Excellent Outdoor Space

Recommended especially heated pool

The owner was very nice and the property was fantastic especially heated pool. My daughter loved so much enjoyed every morning & night! Even a little bit chilled night, we had a fun in the pool. I definitely recommend staying this house.

Wonderful Cottage feel

The home was landscaped very nice. It reminded me of a cottage by the sea. It is very pet and kid friendly. The owner was in regular touch making sure everything was ok and to see if we needed anything. My only two concerns/problems was the Master bed was very very uncomfortable and water pressure in the sinks in the bathrooms was very low. I didn't mention these before because there was honestly nothing the owner could do in that short time to make these better. But I would encourage them to take care of those two issues. We enjoyed our time and hope to go back.!!

Place was very comfortable and clean. Loved the beachy theme decor. Host was very communicative, always accessible and super thoughtful. Left flowers for my daughter as we were celebrating her birthday! Can't say enough positive things. Loved our stay!

Very nice comfortable house

Really enjoyed this house. Had everything I was looking for. Great fenced yard for the dogs. Nice screened patio and pool. Well equipped kitchen. Even had a one car garage. Will return when I want to visit with my granddaughter again.

Privacy?

It wasn't terrible, but I will never stay VRBO again... ever. Didn't feel we had much privacy, everything we did was watched. The neighbors are spies or there's cameras. There was minor issues when we left. We took great care of the house and cleaned everything. We were charged a large amount of extra money when we left for a small rust stain at the bottom of the pool. If you wanna stay here bring your own towels because you can't get the ones in the house dirty.

Beach Cozy Home

We visit Palm Coast yearly but this is our first time renting a home. The house was perfect for my family. The pool was a great added amenity for my kids and nieces. Very close to Flagler beach! The house was very clean and smelled wonderful right when you walk through the doors. My family will definitely be staying here in the near future.

Watch out scammer

So says sleeps 6 she will charge u after 2 people. It says $25 then she charges $125. Also I have a service dog and got charged for her. The ac was set at 74 degrees and we layer there is sweat reign to sleep at night. The dishwasher was broke. Daniel came to check it out and said the needed a new one and could not get it to work either. She will text u privately instead of through the app. So many things went wrong here

Great Vacation home

Quiet place for our little vacation
