Guests will need to sign a rental contract and provide a scanned ID or photo that will be used to set up beach club access cards. They will also need to electronically sign access forms.

If guests wish to use the golf cart provided with this rental, they will need to pay an onsite security deposit of $2,000 USD (which is 100% refundable assuming no damage)
This condo is not suitable for Bachelor or Bachelorette trips or any parties. Minium age is 26 years old. Must submit guest identifiction upon signature of rental contract in order to register guests.

Credit card processing fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from any cancellation refund. AMEX is not accepted for VRBO bookings.
