At Condo Los Arboles, guests enjoy a premium membership to the Punta Mita development, providing access to world-class amenities, including all the private beach clubs: Kupuri, Pacifico, El surf Club and Sufi access as well as the Punta Mita tennis club and fitness center. (fees apply)

Venture out in the complimentary 6-seater golf cart, explore the miles of beautiful running trails on foot, or take the complimentary community bicycles for a spin ā€“ all the while soaking in the warmth of the Pacific sun. While at the condo, relax on the expansive outdoor terrace that spans the full length of the condo, swim laps in the lovely complex pool, or slip away for a siesta in the beautiful, artisan-made hammock-built-for-two.

Whatever your pleasure, our personal concierge will assist you in making sure your vacation is a memorable one, and your stay is relaxing.

Rental includes daily housekeeping, and as part of that service the housekeeper will prepare a delicious home-cooked family-style meal each day - breakfast or lunch - you just pay for the cost of the food! Also includes 6 seat golf cart, Premier Membership SPORT and your personal concierge.

On booking a Vallarta Rentals rental contract will need to be signed.

Guests will need to provide a scanned ID or photo that will be used to set up beach club access cards. They will also need to electronically sign access forms.

If guests wish to use the golf cart provided with this rental, they will need to pay an onsite security deposit of $2,000 USD (which is 100% refundable assuming no damage)
Credit card processing fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from any cancellation refund.

We would also like to inform all guests that, effective January 6, 2026, all Beach Clubs will implement a Minimum Food & Beverage Consumption Policy and the below one off payment for each guest for the duration of your rental.

We love this condo, it was beautifully decorated and very nice! It has everything you would need! Comfortable beds, large bathrooms l, and huge patio. Our concierge Maria and housekeeper Nellie were amazing!

Amazing Stay in Punta Mita

This is a great place and all the extras make it an amazing place: awesome concierge, incredible breakfasts (enough food for all day), wonderful hospitality. Nice location for getting to the small fishing village (which has amazing food and a nice surf break). Access to the beach clubs is a bit more of a drive than some of the other properties but once you are in the golf cart an extra five minutes is easy. The pool is great (especially if you like to lap swim).

Perfect week in Punta Mita

We enjoyed our stay at Punta Mita! The condo was perfect for our family of four. Comfy beds, huge terrace. Susi, who cooked and cleaned for us daily was amazing and Fernanda, the concierge was available 24/7 to help with questions, restaurant reservations, etc. Golf carts are critical to access the beach clubs. We had a great time exploring! Thanks and canā€™t wait to come back!

Amazing vacation

This is an amazing property in an incredible community. The property is tastefully decorated and all the essentials are available to make sure your stay is perfect. Our "house mom" was amazing and cooked delicious breakfasts for us every day. Access to the beach clubs and use of the golf cart was also key to the success of our stay. Highly recommend this property!

Beautiful property

Our stay was so lovely at Terazzas P21. It is in a great location close to everything we wanted to do, both in and outside the gates. The home is beautifully decorated in a peaceful spa-like style, with spacious rooms and a fabulous outdoor patio. Sara (concierge) and Mayda (housekeeper) were both wonderful and helped to make our stay very relaxing. The golf cart provided was a fun and convenient way to get around without any worries as well and the town of Punta Mita was quaint and safe. The grocery / menu ordering process was a little confusing and we ended up with items we didnā€™t choose so the form could perhaps offer a little more clarity but all worked out just fine. Note that the club access for the property requires sending much of the information to the rental company outside of the VRBO message platform. All was fine and made sense once completed but maybe good to note for other first time visitors to this gated community. Overall, we loved our stay and would happily return again sometime. Thank you.

Amazing!

Punta Mita is heavenly and Las Terrezas is perfect! Doesnā€™t get better; from the access to the beach clubs to the golf cart to the amazing loving care of our cook/housekeeper to the services of the concierge provided by this rental. Itā€™s white glove service all the way through. I cannot say enough wonderful things. The rental company takes great pride in providing exceptional service. And the condo is lovely and perfect for a small group. We have visited before and will come again. The people are extremely friendly and feel like family by the end of your trip. Five stars all the way!

Exceptional stay

My family of four had a wonderful one week stay here in October 2021. The condo is perfect for kids and infants. The location was perfect. It was a short drive in the golf cart to any of the beach clubs and to get into town. Our housekeeper really made the stay even better. She cooked extremely tasty meals every day and even took care of our personal laundry. She really allowed us to have an extremely relaxing trip. We would definitely recommend staying here.

When can we go back?

We loved our stay. Everything was excellent! Our concierge was Maria and she was really terrific! We were lucky enough to have Mona as our chef/housekeeper and she was fantastic. The condo is in excellent condition. The pool is fun and different and the beach clubs could not be better!

Beautiful!

Gorgeous condo in a serene setting. The condo is immaculate and has everything you need for a five-star vacation. We enjoyed the beach clubs, which are a short, easy drive in the golf cart. Fernanda was a wonderful concierge. We had our groceries delivered, she arranged for airport transportation, dinner reservations, a delicious chef dinner, and she was always available for questions.
