An exceptional stay from start to finish. The location is unbeatable—perfectly positioned and effortlessly convenient—while the property itself is beautifully styled, thoughtful, and impeccably maintained. Chris was a very welcoming host. Answered all our questions very quickly and provided helpful information on restaurants, locations, etc..The place is stunning and very clean. The kitchen is incredibly well equipped. I would come back again.!!

Everything from initial booking to arrival welcome, stay, amenities, and departure was perfect! Our young kids spent hours at the pool and are already begging to go back. Well-appointed, and way better than those swanky 5-star hotels! Thanks Chris!!

Our family absolutely loved our stay here. The condo was beautiful, clean, and well appointed. Chris was a fantastic and super responsive host, and Jesus (our concierge) was very helpful and ensured our stay was amazing. We spent our days at the beach clubs, our afternoons in the condo's pool, and our evenings enjoying all of the local restaurants. We will definitely be returning and look forward to making many more memories in this incredible condo and location!

Top Notch!

This home is amazing! We knew going in from the pictures and previous reviews it was going to be nice but it’s even better in person. The layout is fantastic and the views are amazing. Having a golf cart AND a Ford Bronco to cruise around in was super fun. The best part the entire experience was the concierge team on the ground. We totally took advantage of the breakfast and lunch preparation every day (recommend French Toast even though it’s not on the menu) Chris, thank you for sharing your home! We can’t wait to return!

Tao Thanksgiving

We—my wife, two adult sons and I—had a wonderful stay. The condo was as described, beautifully furnished and magical views. Chris was easy to communicate with and provided a great restaurant list, Jesus our concierge was very helpful. We would happily return.

Relaxing getaway

Everything about the property was as it was described and exceed our expectations. It was modern and very clean. The chef was friendly and made delicious meals. Everything was convenient with the golf cart plus the grocery shopping done ahead of time by the concierge. It has been one of the most relaxing vacations we had, especially with ending every night overlooking the great views of the sunsets from the balcony while the kids got to continue swimming the night away. We'll definitely be going back!

Perfect location, well stocked, beautifully decorated

Having stayed at several condos in Punta Mita over the years, I can easily say that this has been the best! It's a great location for sunsets, whale watching and getting to every part of the resort. The owner was easy to work with for booking, the concierge communicated well before and during the trip, and our housekeeper cooked delicious breakfasts, accommodating easily for food allergies in the group. She even decorated as a surprise for one of the teens that had her birthday while we were there. The Bronco and golf cart that came with the rental made it easy to get around for our entire group. I will definitively rent again, and recommend it to anyone looking for a great rental in Punta Mita.

Punta Mita holidays

Our stay was amazing. The property is exactly as advertised and actually had better views of the ocean and the Marietta islands. Plus perfect sunsets every day! The location is perfect inside the gates with access to all the beach clubs and golf. The golf cart was perfect for getting around including only a 10 min golf cart ride into town. The bronco is a nice perk, while You cannot use it outside the gates it’s great for driving to el surf beach club since that is a bit further for the golf cart. The staff was great with breakfast every morning and setting up excursions mid trip very easily. We had a special needs request for our elderly parent which Jesus went above and beyond to find a solution. Overall it was a perfect holiday getaway!

Great Condo

This is our second time in Punta Mita and we loved this condo. It is very clean and modern with a great layout with two masters and a large third suite with two queen beds. We loved the small, heated infinity pool and beach club access. It was also nice being walking distance to Sufi our favorite restaurant. Would definitely recommend staying here. You get the luxury of the Four Seasons or St. Regis without the price tag.

Beautiful spot with terrific outdoor areas and great views

TAU is a great location within the grounds of Punta Mita. This particular development is brand new. Probably the newest in Punta Mita. A chef was included for breakfast, which was a great feature. The property includes a golf cart and very cool Bronco, which is great for getting around the resort. The property is great for a family. Three large bedrooms and very spacious common areas. It’s walking distance from the St. Regis will the golf clubhouse just a bit further away. Guests have access to all of the beach clubs in Punta Mita, which is a great perk. Highly recommended.

Paradise with a view!

Great condo with a spectular view. We watched the whales in the morning and never missed a sunset from the heated patiopool. Having a golf cart and bronco gave us great options to get around the area. I hope to be back soon.

Amazing Family Vacation

We had an incredible experience from start to finish. Beautiful property, comfortable beds, top of the line accommodations. The property owner very responsive, Jesus, the concierge very helpful making any reservations needed, and Arilli, the housekeeper and cook was an amazing bonus. Delicious breakfasts each morning. Highly recommend bringing a good amount of US dollars for tipping, airport transportation, groceries. One of our favorite family vacations!

Amazing stay at a wonderful property

The property was exactly as marketed; we loved it and it'll be our go to spot in Punta Mita. The condo was incredibly clean with amazing views, the concierge made getting there and leaving easy (and helped book activities and dinners), and the house cleaner / chefs we top notch. Fantastic experience and property. Five stars only because I can't give more!

Incredible brand new property

Our family had a great time at this property. I've stayed at many VRBO's and this one tops them all! The location, the view, the service and the extras! Communication with owner and concierge was incredible. The private chef and housekeeping were bonuses! Add on a huge golf cart and a brand new Bronco and a successful week was enjoyed.

Punta Mita is a special place for me and my family. We have been coming down here from Denver for 13 years. In 2020 we decided to buy our own place. After having stayed in a dozen or so places in Punta Mita. We wanted to make this place special. So we took special care in selecting everything with the highest qualify from the furniture, towels, mattresses, linens, pots and pans, glasses, water filter system, Ford Bronco, Dishes from Mexico City, Custom original art work. We imported items we couldn't get in Mexico and bought everything local we could, having furniture custom made by local artisans. My hope is that you will come stay in our home and appreciate and enjoy all the small details. And the amazing ocean and year round sunset views.
