Over all we had a wonderful stay. My great grandson loved the indoor pool area so much that he has decided that this is his favorite beach house. The only thing that would have made it better is if the hotel would have allowed us to use their luggage carts but now we know so we will be prepared next trip.!

When you pay the price that we paid we expect all three showers to drain properly. One would not drain, so it wasn’t used after the first day. The headboard that was supposed to be attached to the wall, fell off so we put it in the corner. Several of the lamps didn’t work with the light switches. There were only 4 luggage carts ( under lock and key) so your at their mercy to get your luggage up to your room. That you pay extra for. And to finish the parking was atrocious.The pools and the kids swimming area was awesome

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to hear that you enjoyed the pools and kids’ swimming area. We are sorry to hear about the issues you experienced during your stay. When you contacted us about the headboard, we offered to have someone come out and repair it, but you preferred not to have maintenance enter the condo during your stay. Had we known about the shower drainage issue or the lamps, we would have been happy to have maintenance take a look at those items as well. We always encourage guests to let us know about any issues during their stay so we have the opportunity to address them while they are there. Regarding the luggage, the owner has provided a luggage cart in the unit for guests to use, and this is noted in both the property description and the check-in information. We’re sorry if that information was overlooked. As for the parking garage, unfortunately, the garage and its design are managed by the property/HOA, and we do not have control over how parking or loading is handled, particularly during the peak season when the property is very busy. We certainly understand your frustration with the parking situation. We appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to clarify these items. We’re always happy to help resolve concerns during a guest’s stay whenever possible.
