Welcome to "The Sunny Spot", south facing, open concept living overlooking the marshes with the ocean beyond. Watch the changing tides as you bask in the sun on the balcony. Steps from a private and pristine beach where you can walk for miles. And when you are tired of the beach there are three swimming pools, a fitness area and tennis and pickle ball courts. Search for shark’s teeth and shells at Hunting Island State Park, just two miles away or travel a little farther afield and drive to historic Beaufort for sightseeing, shopping and dinner.

Wake up to the sunrise in the master bedroom and the guest room, comfortably sleeping three is just down the hall. Fully equipped kitchen with in unit washer and dryer.

Don’t worry about stuffing your luggage with beach towels or worrying about the beach chairs or umbrella, the unit has them. Parking pass for one car included in price. A pass to Hunting Island is also provided.

Great family getaway

Pretty View

Amazing little place for the price. Ellen is super nice and very quick to respond to any concerns! Couple of hiccups during our stay, left new swimsuits by mistake 😔... Overall a pretty good week! I would really recommend!

Couldn’t have been better

Beautiful location, probably my favorite on the island, just gorgeous views. Clean, just as described, well stocked. Real paper towels and toilet paper unlike some places that have the cheapest products. Easy to access, very clear instructions for check in and check out. Comfortable beds with lots of fans. The porch was heavenly. The area of the island was so quiet. A little slice of heaven.

Hidden gem

Harbor Island is incredible and we will be returning. There was so much nature and beautiful scenery at every turn. Perfect for our family of four. Our kids love searching for shells and hiking to the “graveyard” beach at Hunting Island. We saw turtles, gators, uncommon birds, dolphins and more!

Sunny Spot

We had a wonderful time at the condo. It was nicely decorated and very clean. Easy access to the beach, and the pools. The condo was perfect for our family for a long weekend getaway!

Secluded getaway

We stayed here once before during Covid and it was PERFECT for us to just be together at the beach. The kids constantly talk about it so we surprised them with a visit right before school started and it was even better. The restaurants and pool were open this time. The proximity to the beach, the membership tag to Hunting Island State Park and watching the sunset in the pool are all we ever need. We have little ppl in our crew so lowtide and calm waters are welcome. Plus, all the hermit crabs and sand dollars. We'll definitely be back.

Beautiful and peaceful area

The condo was older but very nice! It was clean and quiet. Everything you needed for the beach was there and it had a beautiful view of the marsh and ocean. There was a pool for the condo area and then a bigger pool next to the clubhouse area. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. There was also a bottle of wine left for us on the table. I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect condo for a weekend getaway with my best friend. Sunrises and sunsets on th deck we’re amazing. Easy access to the beach. Nicely decorated and welcoming space to rest and rejuvenate.

Weekend getaway with out of town friends

Our best friend from Arkansas come in each year this time and love a day trip to Beaufort. This year we surprised them with a weekend at Harbor Island. Perfect location and space for two adult couples like us or a family to spend some time unwinding. Great atmosphere and everything is stocked and ready for whatever you need. Great stay for our time together.

Just Perfect!

I don’t know what else I could say that hasn’t already been said. Everything was as described, easy check-in, comfy beds, extremely clean, well stocked kitchen, and the absolutely stunning view of the marshland from both the living room and the master bedroom. Everything we wanted for a perfect coastal getaway! What a lovely retreat.

Most memorable and peaceful stay!

The condo itself is beautiful with wonderful views to the south, so you can stay on the balcony and sun bathe with a book, or walk down to the pool and beach. The location has everything and is a little slice of what heaven would be like. We went strawberry picking and spent hours walking the beach, looking for birds and other wildlife, and of course swimming! The host is also wonderful, kind and quick to reply! Thank you!

Excellent location

The views from the master bedroom and deck are spectacular. It’s a short walk to the beach, which the kids thoroughly enjoyed. Condo was clean and well stocked. We hope to return another time.

Sunny Spot, Rain or Shine

Beautifully appointed condo with great sunset marsh views, spotless and fresh. The property is stocked with every thoughtful amenity a renter could wish for, and was so very available and accommodating when we needed an additional parking pass at the last minute. We will certainly stay here again!

Very beautiful!

The area is very beautiful and peaceful! I really enjoyed it and the view is wonderful. I liked everything but I did have a bad experience with some of the cleanliness. I was laying in bed and to my dismay looked at the pillow, my head was on, and it had a low of white stuff all over it. Also, some of the trash cans etc. we’re dirty. I think that some things may not have been looked over thoroughly.
