Aerial Ascent is a spacious 2800 square feet, three-bedroom, two-bath, sleeps 10 comfortably, new-construction home located inside Yosemite Park, in an area called Yosemite West. Enjoy modern amenities (Central Heat and Air Conditioning, Starlink high-speed WiFi, Satellite TV, Tesla EV charger) and spectacular views of the surrounding mountains and landscapes on both levels, all while being centrally located to the Valley, Badger Pass/Glacier Point, and Sequoia Grove. Flat parking for three cars side-by-side in all seasons! Prepare festive meals in the fully equipped and large kitchen that includes a Wolf six-burner stove, and then dine at the table that seats 10 or at the kitchen peninsula with plentiful stool seating. The house has two decks for eating and relaxing outdoors, a gas grill (Propane provided), and a gas fireplace in the open-space living room. A den offers satellite TV and a Blu-Ray player with movies to choose from. View stunning sunsets and spend the evening in the game room, complete with satellite TV, arcade games, a gaming table (cards, poker chips, and board games provided), and a pool table!

• Master suite is on the main level, has 1 king bed and a bathroom with double sinks and a spacious stall shower

• Guest bedroom has 1 queen bed

• The third bedroom has one set of bunk beds (2 twins) and 1 queen bed

• Den has 1 king-sized highly-rated sleep sofa

• Game room has 1 comfortable futon that fits queen-sized bedding

• The downstairs bathroom has double sinks and a tub/shower combo.

Thank you for your reservation! Our check-in time is anytime after 4 p.m., and check-out time is 10 a.m. When you arrive, there will be a keypad on the door, the combination for your stay is the last 4 digits of your phone number. To use, enter your code, you can then turn the deadbolt and enter. Please read the welcome sheet on the kitchen table for information on the home and what to do in the surrounding area. Other things to note


We provide you with dishware, cookware, silverware, blankets, pillows, linens and towels. Condiments provided are hot chocolate, Folgers coffee and filters, sugar packets, cream packets, Lipton tea, and salt & pepper. We also provide dishwasher detergent, hand soap, toilet paper, and paper towels for our Yosemite West properties. All our properties come equipped with propane BBQs, and we provide the propane.
