Tippy Cottage on the Lake

Tippy Cottage is a premier, Lakefront retreat nestled within the shores of Tippecanoe Lake, an “All-Sports Lake” in Leesburg, Indiana. This bright and cheery 4 bedroom, 2 ½ bath newly renovated cottage includes a main level open-concept consisting of the living room, dining and kitchen. The main floor has two full bathrooms with laundry and two bedrooms. On this level, the master bedroom boasts a deluxe king-sized bed, walk-in-closet and private deck with views of the lake to enjoy your morning coffee. The bright and sunny second bedroom features a queen and full futon. The delightful kitchen has sliding glass doors that leads you onto a screened in deck that will provide a nice spot for the early riser, outdoor eating or to simply enjoy the lake views and wetlands. The lower level features access to the large, flat front yard and has a family room, half bath, efficiency kitchen and two bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has a queen bed with views of the lake and the second bedroom has two sets of bunk beds. Tippy Cottage has its own private pier to secure your own boat if desired.

There are three marinas on the lake with full boat services with boat rentals available. In addition, you have access to a public boat launch. Oswego Minimart/Cafe is 1 mile away. Fifteen (15) minutes to grocery and retail shopping in Warsaw and North Webster, Indiana. Delicious dining experiences are within 10-20 minute drive. 3 miles from Tippy Winery. 20 minutes to Grace College. A little over an hour drive to Notre Dame University. Less than a hour to Shipshewana , Shipshewana Flea Market/Auction and Amish country. Other summer activities available are The Lake City Skiers Ski Show in Warsaw, Indiana and the Dixie Sternwheeler Indiana’s oldest stern wheel boat in North Webster, IN.
